Lovely studio in wooden area

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

!!! Currently CONSTRUCTION ACROSS THE STREET (new building, noise). Sorry for inconveniences. 2-room apartment with Private Entrance. Good access to public transportation (300m walk to tram, bus & train stops). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed. The bedroom is tiny, but the living room has lot of space. Guests have access to equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove & all necessary essentials)) + washing machine. Baby crib is available on request.

The building is built in the summer of 2017. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Many grocery shops, shopping centers and a cinema in 5 minutes walking distance. A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.
