Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

You will be welcomed to a self contained ground floor apartment in our family home, located in leafy Heathcote, at the doorstep of the Royal National Park. Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.
