House vacation rentals in Kampen

Cute little apartment at a good price, everything clean and tidy and the landlord responds promptly to inquiries. Tip to all who rent the apartment: it is mentioned in the description that you have to bring your own bed linen & Co. - we also did - but you also have to provide toilet paper, garbage bags, etc., so don't forget! We were lucky enough that the previous tenant left half a roll of toilet paper and a few tabs for the dishwasher:-) , because we had forgotten that.... The swimming pools and sauna are absolutely great. (Beware, only very short opening hours during the week!!!! Fortunately, we were there on the weekend and were able to take full advantage) You can also play mini golf, table tennis, billiards, etc. We were very pleased and would come back any time.

We were away five adults and five children, it was a great setting for us. Nice rooms and cozy living room. Well-equipped kitchen. The pool was nice and very clean and it was lovely with the spa. It's a bit far to the beach on foot but a short drive. Christence responded immediately to all questions and was very helpful.

Very nice Airbnb, furnished with love and everything you need to live. We particularly liked the equipment of the kitchen, as we like to cook in the evening, there was really nothing missing. The communication with Dagmar has been very easy and straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great weekend

We were at Hendrik's vacation home for a short vacation. It was as described an absolute idyll, to relax. The wellness area alone, which could be used privately with a corner bathtub, two large shower areas, sauna and a large indoor pool with individually adjustable water temperature was fantastic. This also gave us the opportunity to swim there for a long time with our toddler. The large kitchen and living room also invited us to relax. There was underfloor heating throughout the house. The sofa landscape was pretty worn out and in some places already torn open. Some of the mattresses are already worn out. Having bed linens on site would also be appropriate in terms of the price. Nevertheless, thank you for the very relaxing stay. We actually forgot the time…..

We had wonderful team days at the property. The house offers so many possibilities. Perfect for many people with different needs. In addition, the house had a great atmosphere, bright rooms and a great room layout. There were a few minor things that needed to be repaired, such as a missing floor strip in the sauna, which is why a screw was exposed, or the pool floor, which comes loose and makes waves. But still we felt 100% comfortable, as everything was very clean and inviting. The view from every room was beautiful. The common areas are very large and bright. We would come back

The house is very easy to reach. It is completely redone inside, so everything is very bright, friendly and high quality. You're completely comfortable. The super beds, kitchen and bathroom are worth mentioning. Everything was very clean. There is a lovely garden with a seating area. Communication and check-in/out were great. I can fully recommend the house.

The cozy Villa Kunterbunt is highly recommended for everyone, with many children! There is so much to discover and try (inside and outside). For all detail lovers and those looking for a cottage with many stories, this is just as good as people who are just looking for something else... thank you for the beautiful days in the fall, the fresh flowers, the uncomplicated communication and the super nice Jonathan as a reception... we will be happy to come back! We had two wonderful days with two friends of ours in the small Halmhuset. Despite rainy weather, it was beautiful, cozy - we didn't miss anything. Communication was straightforward and very nice with Antje. We were warmly welcomed on the day of arrival. The house was lovingly decorated with fresh flowers, a vino and a lot of love for detail. Even a water bowl for our dog was ready! Thanks, it was great & we'll definitely be back!

The weekend in this house was an experience for us. There is a lot of space and the apartment is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The only shower is a challenge with so many people. The cleanliness should be mentioned negatively. There are deductions in the review. In addition to blood stains in mattress protectors and duvets, the kitchen could also use better cleaning. Nevertheless, we had a nice weekend in the house. The children especially liked the trampoline in the garden and we adults could use the fire pit for a small campfire with marshmallows.

We had a great stay. The house is large and has a great open design so you could spend time with the whole family. In the middle of Nieblum and also the beach is within walking distance with a small walk.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The size is perfect for 6 people. The living/dining area with adjoining kitchen is particularly nice. The location is very quiet. But it's a great starting point for many activities in the area. Communication with Jana and Johannes worked out great.

A super nice and cozy, functional house both inside and outside. Very centrally located. Nice surroundings that invite you to a trip into the city, hiking and trips in the area.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The decor is designed with attention to detail – cozy and tasteful, without appearing cluttered. On rainy days, we can fall back on the existing games and the beautiful small selection of novels and children's books. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet – the peace is only interrupted by the wake-up call of the cuckoo. Perfect for switching off. For excursions, such as to St. Peter-Ording with its great beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden with terrace was our favorite place for breakfast in the sun. Especially nice for the children were the sheep and horses close by. Conclusion: A really recommended accommodation where we felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay at Lene and Daniel's vacation home. The house is very cozy and quiet, the amenities are wonderful and we were given a small welcome greeting. Recommendation for a few relaxing days!

We stayed 3 nights in this cozy place. The apartment is very well appointed, there is nothing lacking. We also liked the terrace with furniture, umbrella. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, also restaurants in the vicinity. Check in and check out easy and very well described. We would book here again.

Laura and Max's house is wonderful: large, clean, nice furniture and beds, nicely decorated. It is half of a 2-under-1-roof house and has a shared garden with the neighbors. The location is beautiful and very suitable for beautiful bike rides. In short: recommended!

The house was very nice and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped, nothing was missing. The gas fireplace in the living area is also very nice, easy to use and cozy warm. We felt very comfortable.

We're giving 5 stars because the house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay (it's very swanky area, we had no idea!) It was a bit complicated because the property manager doesn't use airbnb channels for extra fees (taxes/linens), lockbox code, or communication. The surprise 96 euro fee for linens and towels, while normal for the area rentals, is not an airbnb norm, especially since the "Essentials" amenity is checked in the airbnb listing and a 300+ euro cleaning fee is already charged before adding the extra fee.

The amenities and the very quiet location of the bungalow left nothing to be desired. The place was the basis for our completely successful island vacation. Thank you, dear Sarah-Maria
