Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kamala

Best place, perfect location, walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The location is ideal. Large shallow pool (80m) and the building opposite (Block B) has a pool on the roof but there is no shade and it is very hot, the sun bakes you. The gym is very small and only 1 treadmill, 1 bench press and 6 dumbbells are available, also a queue. Good internet for remote workers. Nearby 7/11 and currency exchange. Great host, always responds very quickly. Among the disadvantages: Poor cleaning, a lot of dust and water leaks from the air conditioner all the time and a lot of mosquitoes. The carpet in the hall is very dirty and the curtains need to be washed. There is no washing machine but there is a laundry room on the first floor 1 kg 100 baht but it is not very clean( We did the general cleaning ourselves and removed the dirty carpet on the balcony and bought a lot of dishes as there were not enough for 4 adults. For 4 adults the apartment is cramped but for a family with children it is a good option.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We especially appreciated that it was located in a more local area, away from the overly touristy spots, it gave us a more authentic experience of Phuket. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Benoit is a great host. We did not face any problems throughout our stay. Allowed early check in for my grandparents. Benoit / someone else was present on site during check in and check out. Very beautiful house for a group to stay. Good swimming pool

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Even though there wasn’t much around the area, the apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was especially peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

Timothy has been very helpful and accommodating to us before arrival, making sure that everything is in order and working well. Evgeny's apartment is in a great location in Phuket Patong area. Lots of local restaurants, large shopping centre nearby (Jungceylon and Central), 5 mins to Bangla road, 10 mins to the beach. Clear communication, a safe apartment block too. Definitely recommended.

Great place. A bit smaller than expected, but overall on you, clean, and very convenient. I would suggest to equip the kitchen a little bit more but other than that all is great.

Excellent stay! We stayed over a month and the place is perfect if you stay long and/or work remotely. Communication with the host was super smooth and Aisoon is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good. Couldnt recommend more! If back to Chalong i will book again
