Best Beach Resort Windy Kite and Wind Surfing

We didn't arrive very happy but mostly because we were tired and had other expextations of Kalpitiya. But.... After some rest we came to rest at Dinuda resort. We loved our Stay. The rooms are great, the Windows can be cleaner, the breakfast is awesome!! The menu for the restaurant is for our opinion a bit to expensive... The Stay was perfect!

A very special and lovely property that is very unique and memorable. We stayed 3 nights, visited Wilpattu, and enjoyed the lovely service. The only drawback is the incessant mosquitoes. We were paranoid about closing doors and using sprays and mats but they were everywhere and hard to avoid. Would advise the host to fumigate frequently and replace the bed nets. One AC needs to be fixed/replaced. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

if you search peacefully and place just for yourself this is perfect spot for you. amazing place, more than we expect. owner really open with huge knowledge of history . easy communication , good food, swimming pool, natural fruits from his farm, possibility to explore area on bicycle. highly recommend this place! if I will visit Sri Lanka one more time in future for sure I will back to this place for longer!

We loved staying here! Susantha and his family have created a really cool and beautiful place with a very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Our room was really comfortable and clean and we enjoyed having a private place to relax as well as spending time in the communal areas meeting other travellers. Although this is a spot for kite surfing we came here to just relax away from a busy tourist beach (it's a very quiet area with a tiny town) and for this it was perfect. We felt so welcomed by Susantha, his family and the other travellers that it felt like home. We hope to come back one day and learn to kite surf, we've been inspired :)

We were received very nicely. The beach of the complex was lovely and the water was very pleasant so we could swim. There is a menu of food. But we asked Gimentha that we could have local food and be surprised. It was the right decision, even if the later overall billing was rather higher. But we would decide again. Thank you to Gimentha and family.

I highly recommend staying at Coco & Anny's beach house. Their warm welcome instantly made me feel at home. The property is beautiful, it has water views and a spacious garden with a great location just a short walk from the beach. There are several restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as a village for grocery shopping. It’s also an excellent spot for kite surfing, normally with reliable winds. The house was impeccably clean, and I felt completely safe during my stay. I can't wait to return and enjoy more days in this tranquil paradise! 🌞

We actually wanted to use colombo here for 3 days to rest and bathe here for 3 days. 3 became 6 days and a beginner kitesurfing class. It's definitely a kitesurfing hotspot, but no matter who comes..all are immediately welcomed into the big family. You grow together quickly...oh it was really nice with all of you. Breakfast and dinner make the mom and we enjoyed it very much! Of course, you can also eat outside! Susantha is always available for questions. The cabanas are simple but romantic. Those who are afraid of bugs,frogs and geckos are not in good hands here. 🤗We say: Thank you
