What can I say. We had a great extended weekend and would have loved to have stayed longer. Carolin & family have set up a great house there and created a vacation home of remarkable quality. From my point of view, hotel standard or even better, especially in terms of cleanliness and amenities. I don't think I've ever been in such a clean, cozy and flawless place. Communication was optimal and extremely friendly. We hope to make it back to Niedermirsberg!

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

Great, family friendly place to stay. Very clean with extensive, down-to-earth amenities, we didn't miss anything. The landlord is straightforward and very helpful. Very good baker, butcher as well as the Südpark with discount stores, drugstore and other shops are within 4 to 10 minutes' walk. To the old town it takes 5 minutes by car.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The place was super clean and very lovingly furnished. Everything was available for a smooth stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too. There is a hair dryer and even a straightener. We were very pleased with the easy-to-use grill and the time in the hot tub was also very relaxing. We had a wonderful time out here and will come back and definitely recommend the place. Thank you dear Katrin, for this lovingly furnished accommodation.

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was great, the design was thoughtful and nice, and every detail made us feel truly special. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available without being intrusive. It felt like a perfect blend of relax and comfort. Every corner invited relaxation, and the ambiance was serene and uplifting. We left feeling completely recharged and grateful for such a wonderful experience. Truly unforgettable.

We had a great week at Susanne's place. The location is perfect and it is such a warm and cozy place. The place is spotless and has all amenities you can ask for. We will definitely come back when we are heading back to Germany again. Thank you for a great experience.
