Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Grandma vibe near Aavasaksanvaara near the Swedish border. Well equipped 50's cozy front style house. The house has a pirtti with a well-stocked kitchen, one bedroom, and a sauna department. The sauna section of the house has a chamber with overnight accommodation and a very good wood-burning sauna. Our peaceful holiday home in Swedish Lapland is perfect for nature lovers, Northern Lights enthusiasts, and sled dog adventures. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It’s located in a remote area of Överkalix, near a large lake. The town center and its shops are just a five-minute drive away. The house is fully equipped and includes snowshoes, sleds, games, a barbecue hut (Grillkota), and a sauna.
