A really charming old house with modern and fresh bathrooms. The location by the Kalix River is perfect. The view could be improved by sawing down trees in the hillside down to the river. A grill would have been nice to have. The seat in one of the toilets was broken/loose but it could be used. On the whole, we are very happy with the accommodation and Nils was a great host!

We had such a wonderful stay in Tomas and Maria's cabin. The communication was perfect, during the stay as well as before. Thanks to the equipment they borrowed us, we had wonderful ski and sledge tours. The cabin has everything you need and is very thoughtful equipped and of course, one of the highlights is the sauna. Lovely people and lovely place!

We gave the trip to Lulea to our parents for their golden wedding anniversary. I personally was not there, but can and should report from my parents that it was a wonderful stay! The house was very cozy and lovingly furnished and was really perfect! Viveka was an excellent host! It was very pleasant to communicate with her! The answers always came quickly and she was very eager to ensure that my parents lacked nothing! Thank you!

We had a great time at Madelene's place. The house is beautiful and very quiet. We organized winter activities with Niklas and it was amazing, I recommend it. The house is well-equipped and the beds comfortable. The fisherman's hut bed is a sofa bed, so not necessarily very comfortable and there is no toilet in this room, it is important to know. We were able to see northern lights from the garden and on the frozen lake it was magical. We were able to enjoy the sauna which was very comfortable, but a toilet was not working and neither was the bathtub. That didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Madelene's house for a quiet winter vacation in an amazing setting.

The cottage is exactly as described and set in beautiful surroundings. The grilling hut and sauna are great additions and really add to the experience, whilst the location allows for peaceful walks and an opportunity to see the northern lights when down by the frozen sea! Would definitely recommend

A Perfect Getaway in a Charming Log House! We had an amazing stay at Petr’s beautiful log house! Our group of 8 felt completely comfortable, and yet the house still felt spacious enough to easily accommodate twice as many people. The charm of this old log house, with its well-preserved antiquity, made our stay truly special. Petr is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and eager to share the fascinating history and details about the house. His hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Incredibly nice cabin close to the sea and nature. Clean and tidy when you arrived. Incredibly great host who responded quickly and had all the supplies you can imagine. It really felt like coming home. There's nothing you miss when you're there. Me and my children had an incredible time there and will come back to this nice gem in the future. Thank you for giving us the chance to have a super cozy weekend together.
