Great house, very responsive hosts.

Exactly what we needed as a group of four singles for a golf weekend. Could even have got an extra one in comfortably or 2-3 partners.

Great accommodation close to CBD, restaurants ect. Stayed for four nights with three mates, playing three rounds of golf at the Kalgoorlie golf course. This accommodation suited us down to the ground. Good communication from the host prior to arriving. Stay again? Yes

Nick's place was very clean, very convenient, well located, well heated (it's winter), and with all required amenities. With a large party, price per guest would be excellent. Nick communicated really well during our stay, something that is very important for me and my wife.

Beautiful home, in a very private area, felt very secure and safe and at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable furniture, great hosts, easy to communicate with and very helpful. 10/10 stay!

This place is perfect to be close to the centre of Kalgoorlie. Clean, tidy, comfortable bed. Kitchen has all that you need. Easy instructions to enter property. Not recommended for individuals with mobility restrictions as the stairs would be troublesome. Would book again.

Great space, perfect for a short or long stay.

We initially book a couple of nights with Rik at his gorgeous Boat House, ended up double the time as this is a superb place to stay when visiting Kalgoorlie. Well located, spacious, spotless clean in all details, great kitchen with all you need, three different places for having a meal, no noise…wow, this is superb! And Rik is a wonderful hist, very collaborative and quick to answer. What an unforgettable stay!😊😊😊
