House vacation rentals in Kalamitsi Beach

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

it was very good in terms of children, we had no parking problems, the suggestions and instructions were sufficient, the internet was good, the house was very well designed, the host gave information about the restaurant and the environment. There is only 5 km distance between the location in the app and the real location. This may be a problem for those who do not come with their own vehicle. I would definitely recommend it for families with children.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

The place was exactly as pictured. The flexible self check-in was also very easy to implement. In the accommodation itself, nothing was missing, everything that was mentioned in the description was also found there. Overall, I highly recommend it, because I would book it again if I had the chance. :-)

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

Alexander was a great host. The apartments were as described, but to be clear they are separate apartments. They were flexible with our delayed arrival which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Mira's place for 5 nights. We were very warmly welcomed, and everything was explained to us clearly. The location is very familiar and has a nice little garden, with a small dog also welcome. Mira was very quick to respond to our messages. The home has two bathrooms. However, the only one upstairs is a bit small, so a taller person would have a bit of trouble. In the whole, we are very satisfied. We can highly recommend Mira.

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to experience the traditional Greek house. We immediately felt at home. Very quiet, relaxed, you have everything you need to enjoy relaxing vacation days. Beautiful restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. By car, all beaches and beautiful little places can be reached. Of course we would like to recommend house 2.

Good place to stay in a good location. As described on the site. There is a fishing and spearfishing shop in the next building, which was an additional advantage for me. The disadvantages of the problem with the internet. Christ responded to this issue and replaced the equipment, but the low speed from the provider did not make it possible to use the Internet comfortably. And the mobile internet, unfortunately, is also very bad in this place. If this is not a problem, then the apartment of Christ is a great option, especially for a large group.

A place with an incredible view!!! Peaceful and quiet at this time of year. Large well-kept garden. The beach is very beautiful, but uncleaned. Stratos is very helpful and responded in time. Recommend this place!

Small cute 2x townhouse box. By the time of our vacation (early October), more tourism was over. Beach empty, water 21-23 degrees very nice premier summer! Close to many beautiful beaches and many good places to eat.

We stayed here with two children and felt very comfortable in this house. The place was very clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you need in everyday life. In addition, the surroundings are totally quiet. And the most beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away. I highly recommend the house.

The place is nice with a great view. It is very well furnished and maintained. Few things to note, the bedroom is right next ot the road, so you hear every passing car. It's not that bad since there aren't many on that road. The yard could be a bit better maintained, you can't just leave a toddler to roam around since the fence to the sea is half fallen. This said, we're very happy with our two-week stay. There is a beach bar at 100m from the house that you can stay / get drinks if you want to but we preferred to be alone with the toddler most of the time. The city has nice restaurants and shops so you can get everything you need from there. It is a really nice place if you want to spend time at the sea in peace. Totally recommend it!

We were back for the second time. Great house with gorgeous back yard. Gregory was great host, always responsive and helpful.
