Vacation rentals with beach access in Kalamaki Beach

Outstanding host The property is a large, fully equipped, modern apartment, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a very good view for details and very clean. We felt right at home The large bed was fantastically comfortable and our 3-year-old child was very happy about splashing in the bathtub. We lacked nothing. We were welcomed by the host personally and warmly. Stavros had plenty of tips for us, worked out lists of restaurants, sights, etc. He was always proactive, helpful, and communication couldn't have been better and friendlier. I've been around the world a lot. Stavros is one of the best hosts I've met. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! Next time, we'll be happy to book your place again!

We would stay at Olga’s place again. Olga was very quick to respond and accommodating.

It was just great. Sea view from front balcony amazing- and second upstairs balcony very peaceful and warm (south facing) with nice views of mountains. Really near all shops and restaurants. Marinos so helpful and he. I was on my own and he arranged for his friend Xenofon to collect me from the airport and that worked really well.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the end of October. The weather played along. For a week, nothing but sunshine and blue skies. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. Great location, good furnishings and very nice reception at check-in. We also got good tips for restaurants and shopping. All in all, a clear recommendation! We would come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miros! We came during the off-season so the area was pretty quiet and peaceful. The balcony at the front has a beautiful view. Miros was so friendly, helpful and an incredibly generous host. He communicated very proactively and was flexible with check in/out when our flights experienced changes. Nikos’s place is a dream! It’s in such a wonderful location, the views to the beach are incredible!!!!! It’s big and well kept. It would be great to have another bathroom, but it really wasn’t such an issue. There’s also a cafe next door which plays music all day, but not loud and kinda nice back ground chilled sounds while sunbathing on the incredibly terrace garden. Would totally 100% stay there again.

Maria's house is comfortable, in a great location. The two terraces are beautiful. All shops and the beach are a 5-minute walk away. Maria was very welcoming, responsive and accommodating. We already want to come back....

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Well-renovated apartment, very spacious and with every comfort available to guests. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the sunset and a well-kept garden make it truly special. Vaia, Nikolas and the whole family immediately proved to be helpful and hospitable, we remember them with affection and sympathy.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

The host went above and beyond! The apartment was sparkling clean and we even had housekeeping service midway through our stay. The location was perfect! It was peaceful and quiet but one street away from a multitude of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again!!

Matthaios's place is a really nice and well equipped private house with private garden, very-very close to the beach, in a calm and quiet environment, we liked it here a lot, came with a baby, she had super nice naps :) We got a lot of help from Matthaios, any question I had he responded accurately.

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

We spent four very nice days here. The view is really beautiful and in 10 minutes you can walk to a supermarket. In front of the house you could park well.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

We had a very nice and sunny October week at Tasos's place. The apartment is as described in the pictures. We really enjoyed that there was also a small terrace in the front of the house. So you had sun in the morning and evening. Tasos' recommendations were also great. Especially the tavern on the mountain in Rogida was highly recommended.

We really enjoyed being guest at Dimitris place. The apartment is very cosy and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped (oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee).

The apartment is perfectly located to explore the island, you are in the center of the island, immediately on the highway (recommendation: before moving in, be sure to practice driving backwards to the mountain!!) and yet the apartment is very quiet and has a great view of the sea. Especially the small balcony directly above the sea appealed to us, even if it might be a little too hot/not shaded in summer. Here you can also quickly make friends with the 4 cats, who occasionally also drive the neighbor dog to whiteness. Those who are afraid of cats should prefer to look for another apartment with these attached specimens, cat lovers will love it. Marianna's mother is a good soul, bringing eggs from the in-house chickens as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. All in all for us the perfect place to combine exploring the island with relaxation.
