Mr. Thoufiq was the host, the rooms were super clean and welcomed us with a refreshing smell. He was also generous enough to accommodate an extra guest. The host also helped us in arranging local tours and sightseeing.

Excellent place to unwind yourselves with lush green coffee estates all around. The place itself is aesthetically done. Four smart and friendly dogs are always there to guide you. Nachi cooks some nice wood fired pizzas as well.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was stunning, impeccably clean, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene surroundings – surrounded by lush coffee plantations, offering both privacy and a homely atmosphere. This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

Felt like heaven on earth. Host's father Mr Chinappa and mother Mrs Malliga together handle the property and look after the guests. They're are wonderful couple always willing to help and advise. Only Airbnb property where breakfast was served every day. We had the fortune of seeing the plantation and understand the types of plants - Arabica and Robusta, also the coffee processing from fruit to retail shop. Thankyou for hosting us. We loved it very much.

The place was very nice and peaceful. This place is great for just escaping from the city and having a peaceful time. The people there were very helpful and the food they make is very good.

We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

I visited wayanad with my colleagues and stayed at brookview villa for 2 nights. Ambience - 5/5 Food - 4/5 Amenities - 5/5 Hygiene - 4.5/5 We had booked the entire villa. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Francis and Sanjay provided a great service and were just a phone call away. Syam was a great host and answered all pre-booking queries politely and swiftly. Small brook just outside the villa was the main highlight and you can enter the brook and enjoy in the water. Clean and well maintained swimming pool. Great place to visit with your friends or family or colleague and you can easily spend a day here without going anywhere. There is a in-house restaurant which serves limited menu but has tasty food. As the place is a little secluded, there are not many restaurants and you will have to go to sultan bathery to have decent food if you choose to eat outside. Thank you Syam, Francis and Sanjay for hosting us. We will denitely visit you again.

If you haven’t seen heaven on earth, you gotta check out this property. It overlooks a lake, peaceful, away from any commotion… just a perfect getaway. I was there during Monsoons and what views we got! I quite loved the food too,, the property is self sufficient. Anything that was not there was attended to promptly, so overall me and my family loved our stay and will definitely visit again. Thank you Sree and team for your hospitality

highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

It was an excellent stay for our family’s vacation at Ooty. Villa was easy to find out. It’s located in a calm neighbourhood. Arun, the caretaker was available for all the help right from the time we booked the place. It was a wonderful stay that we would cherish in our memories. Villa is loaded with amenities. Everything you need for a vacation stay at a hill station like room heaters, fully equipped kitchen and what not. I liked the scenic view from the terrace of the building. All thanks to Prem who was kind enough to list this property in Airbnb and provided guidance right from the enquiry before booking and throughout the whole stay. He was constantly in touch and has always cared about our wellbeing. I would definitely book this villa next time when I visit Ooty.

Excellent place and great hospitality by Caretakers Bala and Shanti. They made sure that we had awesome food and a very comfortable and pleasant stay. It felt more or less staying at your own home and the home cooked food by Shanti was seriously awesome. I would recommend all families to rent this place as it is an ideal place to stay, especially with young kids. We had the pleasure of seeing Bisons at a safe distance from the property too. Overall me and my family enjoyed thoroughly staying at this excellent property.
