Rosi was very cordial, friendly and helpful. It gave me the proper directions on how to get to the site. Her house is very beautiful and is in a luxury condominium in Jundiaí. We feel safe and very comfortable in your home. We had breakfast in the house and everything in the (well-equipped) kitchen worked and served us perfectly. In the backyard there is a very large and beautiful pool. We could not use it for lack of time. When I go to Jundiaí, I will definitely stay at Rosi's house again.

Great and beautiful space near the city of Jundiaí. My group took great advantage of the beach court (during the day) and the living space that is very well equipped. Lucia and João (homeowners) are very dear and helpful, and Helder (owner) is extremely kind and responsive.

Very good. This is the second time I have stayed at this aparthotel. It offers a good paid breakfast (R$60.00) and good structure. It is on a quiet street, close to the commercial center of Alphaville, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. It has parking. Very attentive hostess.

I think the best thing about Flavio's accommodation is that the apartment has everything you would need in everyday life. It has a good place and they were quite cordial.

My boyfriend rented the room and loved the experience! The space was exactly as shown in the photos — cozy, clean and very well located. Communication with Jack was super smooth, and he felt very well received. We definitely recommend it and would book it again!

The apartment matches the photos exactly. Very clean and organized. Excellent location, with a market at the door. It has everything you need in the apartment. We only missed a sandwich, but that's just a detail. We stayed 5 days and the accommodation was excellent. We only have two observations: the double bed is standard, so for those who are used to Queen or King, it is small. And the sofa bed has a divider in the middle that is a little uncomfortable to sleep on (a little hard). Everything else is excellent.

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well . Our stay was wonderful! The house is very large, well maintained, spacious accommodations. The pool is amazing, big and catches a lot of sun. The children loved the small swimming pool. Super recommend! Neusa and Neide are very helpful!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is in a very nice gated community with great infrastructure. The host was very thoughtful and helpful. It has a lot of gaps, stairs and different levels, which gives a special charm. But it can be dangerous for kids. In addition, the house was impeccable with excellent bedding and we spent a great carnival holiday. We would be back for sure
