Sunny Studio on the best location in the Historic District. Completely recycled in a house of the nineteenth century. Steps away from museums and tourist attractions as well as the famous Mercado del Puerto and the port terminal that connects with Buenos Aires. With everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very spacious and sunny with roof-to-floor windows leading onto a pedestrian street. The building has access to the rooftop with barbecue where you can cook your own "asado"

If your looking for a nice quiet place outside of San Jose, this is a nice break from towns and cities. Quiet rural setting. Appreciate the help with fires in the fireplace in the evening. Javier brought us the wood and even started the fireplace in the evenings for us. Very nice folks.

I couldn’t stayed in the apartment because the host informed me that it was flooded. Apparently a pipe broke. He reserved a 5 hotel for us! and paid for it. He always communicated with us to make sure everything was ok.

this place is just as it looks in the photos. I absolutely adore this apartment and it's really close to la rambla for a nice walk to unwind. really close to the center and a very friendly host!

The bathroom features modern gray tile walls and a walk-in shower enclosed by glass. A pedestal sink with a mirror above complements the decor. Towels and toiletries are neatly arranged, contributing to a clean and functional space.

It's true what other travelers say: the photos don't do the house justice. It's truly beautiful, warm, and beautifully decorated. It is also spacious, surrounded by a beautiful forest and includes bicycles with which any destination in the village is easily accessible. It is important to clarify that the style is rustic, and would not be suitable for the one who likes luxurious experiences and does not enjoy the interaction with nature. To name a few things, the hot shower is short and no curtain, the security of the entrance door is minimal (a padlock), and there are no curtains anywhere in the house (it has forest shade). That said, none of this was a problem for us and we would be happy to come back. I clarify it so that some confusion does not fall. Like the one that goes to the tiger and in the reviews complains about the mosquitoes... But if you like nature and do not bother you some minor discomfort, this house is a paradise in summer or winter. And the hosts, some divine. Recommended!

Excellent apartment. Impeccable, very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need, very clean and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Luciano is very attentive and always ready to help with whatever is needed. The location is perfect. In front of the Puntas Carretas Shopping Mall and steps from the Rambla and several restaurants and cafes. It also has a garage, essential for those who rent a car since finding street parking is difficult.
