Great host, great views, close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Quick, pleasant and easy communication with Arianna., our host. We feel listened to and confident with this experienced host. Very nice place, the beach is beautiful and you can walk there for a long time. There are enough chairs and the pools are clean and very beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is working properly, however the bathrooms would need to be renovated. The appliances are a little worn but functional. Juan Dolio is a rather secluded site. A few small convenience stores and restaurants around but the real grocery stores are 15 minutes away by taxi and several USD $. Fridays and Saturdays nights are very noisy. Small karaoke bar across the street. Outside of these evenings, it's a very quiet place.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this apartment. It is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Juan Dolio. I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

Great place to stay. It met the expectations described in the publication and Wendy is a very good host.

As a family of four, we had plenty of space. The AC units in the bedrooms worked great and were not too loud or strong and seemed to hold the temperature fine. We arrived by car and were relieved that the street parking was free and so convenient directly in front of the apartment. Waner replied immediately in our correspondence. Lots of restaurants, groceries and sights in walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. All good and would recommend!

Great location. Beach is walkable, but unless you're with Club Hemingway or Marbella beach chairs are not available.

Excellent apartment, conveniently located, super comfortable, cozy. I found it uncomfortable that I had cameras in the interior corridor of the apartment and at the balcony.

Fernando is a great host. Always attentive, friendly and very respectful, he offered us clear instructions and was honest at all times about what the apartment included. Similarly, the staff at the complex were very helpful. The apartment was very well furnished and beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, we brought our own groceries, and we felt right at home. And the view from the balcony, like a postcard! Beautiful, dreamy. Highly recommended. Mariana was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. The home was spectacular…the beauty just cannot be over stated. The complex is safe and I everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!
