Family-friendly vacation rentals in Jouars-Pontchartrain

A true green setting! We had an unforgettable weekend with friends in this wonderful setting, bathed in sunshine and serenity (except for the impressive gust of wind acrobatics - to be seen once in a lifetime! :)). The house is spacious, absolutely comfortable, and remarkably well-equipped. Every moment spent here felt like a poetic pause, with a unique view of the Seine. A big thank you to our host who welcomed us with great kindness, providing us with all the necessary information. Very flexible and understanding, she was able to adapt to our late arrival with kindness. A perfect haven of peace to recharge in the countryside. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and we hope to be able to return!

Amazing location. Very large 2 bedroom with 2 baths across from Louvre and a beautiful park. So close to everything and Oscar the doorman was wonderful. I would 100% recommend this apartment!

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Great host, great location, great view!

Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again :) Thanks again

Beautiful view. This is why we rented the place. The view. Just seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at night was amazing. The host, Sophie was very nice and responsive to our needs. Although her handy man, Mikhael, was anti American using words that I found offensive like neoNazis and idiots with gun violence. I found him very opinionated. Not much to my liking. But he did let us in and made some required necessary repairs. The furniture was a bit 1970’s-80’s ish but very well equipped right down to spices. No central air conditioning but the host provided a portable AC unit after a very hot stay. Very close to all stores. A great bakery, fruit stand, a flower shop, frozen food store that sells really good food. A grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants. I was told it was more a local people’s location but I found it safe to walk the streets there and everything was within walking distance. The view. Did I mention the view and the balcony?

A great place to stay in Paris! Close to so many great restaurants, shops, grocery stores and more. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

Warm welcome by the host. Loved our first experience in an Airbnb. We felt at home with our two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed to live there. Small touches were intended for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. Strongly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful stay at Elodie's flat. Communication before we arrived (and when we were there) was excellent and we were met at the flat so that we knew exactly how everything worked. The flat was really clean, tidy and quirky with balconies at every window with an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur. Elodie, very kindly, left lots of food for us eg milk, bread, butter, juice etc. It's in a great location with lots of cafes, boulangeries near by, the metro just two minutes walk away, and Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur on the doorstep. We would definitely love to stay again.

I was here for one month and very happy, especially with the view of the trees and Les Invalides across the street. But also the apartment is very comfortable with large windows and a lot of light. It had everything I needed. The bed linens and towels were good quality with NO bad perfume/detergent smell. (I always mention this in reveiws, because I have had to wash linens in some places.) Medhi met me and helped me with luggage and moving in. He was always available to assist with anything. The neighborhood is affluent but with plenty of reasonably priced places to have coffee, eat, shop, etc. Being close to the river was great. Peaceful location at night. Very safe. The metro is close and easy and goes everywhere. I can not comment on the value, because I haven't compared it to other airbnbs. Excellent place from which to explore Paris.

I had a very pleasant stay at Frederic's, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from a train station, with trains every 15 mins to Paris in 2 stations. Close to La Défense. The neighborhood is very quiet, very wooded, with a supermarket 10 mins walk away. Frederic has been reachable and available at any time if you need anything. I loved the little private garden. The apartment is spacious and ideal for 3 to 4 people, my stay was perfect and Frederic was very nice, thank you again and see you soon I hope.

The location is perfect for Julie's place, We can access to many different bus or metro choices within walking distance. The facility is showing a bit of age, but it's charming and clean, well worth the price. Julie is very easy to communicate, The check in and check out processes are very smooth.

This apartment was an absolute gem and I already can’t wait to be back! The space is an awesome blend of modern chicness and historic charm, and the location couldn't be better. Greg was incredibly attentive, easy and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Thanks for an excellent stay for me and my family. Your beautiful house and grounds were perfect for our long weekend celebrating Grandma and Grandpa’s 50th wedding anniversary. We are really grateful for everything.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time! There were 7 of us with a pregnant woman. The jaccuzi is very large, leaving enough space to move around comfortably. The house is very warm, it feels good. The piano accompanied us quietly during the evenings while others played billiards. We leave with wonderful memories in mind. I am delighted to recommend staying in this beautiful, spacious and warm home.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
