the place was fantastic. will definitely stay there the next time we go back. she and her family went out of there way for us as our rental broke down and they took it on themselves to make sure we got to the ferry to get our plane. I honestly can't say anything negative about our stay!!

Milk Moon Cottage had AMAZING views and serene atmosphere. We spent most of our time while at the house sitting outside watching sailboats pass by. The home is well kept and very clean. We appreciated the well stocked basics available and very comfy bedding. We overlooked that a washer and drying is not available during your stay, our own fault, but worth mentioning to notice if you like this feature when renting a home. This rental is in the East End and removed from the hustle and bustle of North Shore and Cruz Bay. You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and brave driving skills for the roadways past Coral Bay. Perk of staying in the East End is you get to see so much more of the gorgeous island!

This was our second visit to St. John, and Villa Nesta was the perfect spot for us! If you’re looking for a perfectly appointed house, with breathtaking views, peace and quiet, a friendly and helpful host, and easily navigable roads to and from local beaches and restaurants, look no further. We especially loved the gorgeous back deck and the tranquility of the outdoor shower. We had one full day of rain this trip, which we took as an opportunity to stay in, relax, and simply appreciate the seascapes all around us. We will absolutely be back!

Everthing was exactly as pictured. Kitchen had all you needed and some free coffee, water and Coke to get us started with our groceries. Sophie was superb, answered all our texts quickly. We are in our late 70's and the ammenities were great for us. The porch with the grill was our favorite spot to watch the ocean and sail boats.

This place is truly paradise.!!! The views are incredible of Brewers Bay from the living room & balcony. Heather was a super host. She referred the best restaurants in the area, hiking trails to see the bat caves, day charters & excursions. We took a boat out a couple days visiting Soggy & Foxy’s at Yost, Copper, Sandy Spit, the Bathes, Willy T’s & snorkeled with turtles. Highly recommend! Will be back soon… From FL we took Delta into St Thomas and ferry to Tortola. Next time will take AA into Tortola to avoid the ferry.

Stu and Saj's property is absolutely amazing. The views are unreal (and can be seen from every room), the cottage is secluded and the landscaping is immaculate. You definitely need a car with some clearance to reach it, but beyond that it was a perfect stay The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with oil, spices, hot sauces and anything else you'd need to cook a meal. This was our first trip with a baby and having everything there made our lives so much easier. Plus the water pressure and heat were always reliable. The recs they provide were awesome and we tried as many as we could. The property is a 10 min or less drive to Cane Garden and Brewsters bays, maybe 15 min to road Town. It's very centrally located on the island which makes it easy to reach everything. Easily 5 stars, would definitely come back :)

The villa at House of Open Arms was the perfect home base for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the grounds and gardens pristine, and the villa was incredibly warm and inviting. We loved how quiet and peaceful the villa and Coral Bay were. Catherine went above and beyond to ensure our arrival to the island and drive to the villa was seamless. She is also a fantastic cook - our welcome dinner was 10/10! We couldn’t have asked for a better hostess or home for a week. I wish we could give Catherine more than 5 stars! Thank you everything, Catherine! We will be back!

Solace Villa was an absolutely amazing place for our family to spend our vacation. The views from every part of the property are stunning. There was more than enough room for our family of six to spread out and have space to relax in the evenings after a full day exploring the British Virgin Islands. Thomas was a wonderful host, reaching out prior to our stay, offering to fully stock our kitchen for us prior to our arrival. When we declined, not knowing what we would want to have, he gave excellent recommendations for the best locations for us to stock up ourselves. Thomas put together a great binder loaded with recommendations for anything we could need to know to stay entertained while visiting. I would highly recommend staying at Solace Villa.
