Shenell was a fabulous host. Initially she checked in with us to assure everything was fine. She offered to assist with any of our needs or requests. The views from her place are 10++ seeing all of Charlotte Amalie. We never tired of her deck or views. We did lots of cooking in house and had everything we needed! We ground fresh coffee and blended our own fruit drinks. Challenges during our stay, not at all Shenell’s responsibility, the roads. They are no joke. Roads on St. Thomas are narrow and treacherous. “Kissed by the island” The very first night we arrived our side mirror was hit by another driver. Comments saying you need a 4-wheel drive vehicle is real. GET A JEEP! Mosquitoes and noseeums were bad. We spoke to Shenell about the bug problems & believe she is working on improving her place. She was very concerned and supportive by providing citronella candles and a variety of bug sprays. After speaking to locals, we understand they don’t have the same bug problems.

This spot is great to enjoy nature. We loved the screened area to relax in.

Excellent space that was newly renovated. Everything was clean and beautiful. Deborah was always in communication and it took her minutes to respond to any questions. Overall, a great location. Thank you

Judi and her place were amazing. 1000 characters isn’t enough to even begin to tell you how kind and thoughtful she was during our stay. The place was perfect for our stay in St Thomas. A short drive from Magens bay. We were about 18 minutes from downtown and Red Hook to take the ferry to St John. Judi was full of useful information, tips and tricks for staying on the island. Her place was very clean, she paid attention to every detail and made sure we had everything we might possibly need during our stay. She provided a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella and other things that we were able to use for our stay. She went out of her way to help with our concerns on mosquitoes. I can’t say enough good things about the place. The view was amazing. Seeing Magens bay first thing in the morning was how we started every day and ended every night. I would highly recommend staying at this place to anyone. We will be back!!

Kristen's place was top-tier!! Not to mention the beautiful views and over accommodations. She offered more amenities than we expected. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely consider staying there again.

Coconut Breeze was as good as advertised. The home was comfortable, well stocked and had spectacular views, absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Definitely get a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads leading up are steep and a bumpy, but hey it’s St John and that’s what you signed up for. While the home is tucked into the private, lush jungle hillside it’s also conveniently located a short drive away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had an issue with an AC unit in the cottage, but it was promptly resolved by our host. The cottage porch was not screened in, but maybe this is something that will be done in the future. If you are staying in Coral Bay Coconut Breeze is the way.

Tressa was great communicating and the binder they leave is great. The house is exactly as described and is beautiful. My wife is already bugging me to go back. We could only book for six nights due to availability so we stayed our last night at the Ritz. Villa Del Mar was cleaner than our room at the Ritz. Thank you for a great experience and will be booking again here soon.

Wow, this was the exact peaceful gorgeous retreat we needed. Everything was taken care of and Katie (the property manager) was so wonderful and helpful in every way. We can't wait to visit again. Everything about the place was truly rejuvenating. I could not possibly recommend it more. It's not within walking distance to town or major amenities but that was the whole point of our trip. It's very easy to get everything delivered or to make a quick trip over the hill to grab something.

I appreciate Randall meeting near the property to provide directions and information. The house was very clean and the views are stunning from the back patio.

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! Everything was as advertised the views were stunning the home was absolutely beautiful and sabrina was an excellent host. My favorite part was that it wasn't dead in the center of town nor was it too far away from Charlotte Amalie or anything else, really 10/10 on all fronts.

Our family had an amazing time at Windchime. The property is beautiful and very private with amazing views that are even better than the photos. It is in a central location that is an easy drive into town and all the amazing beaches. We can’t wait to come back!

The Villa is beautiful! Jared arranged for us to be met and showed around the villa later in the evening, as out flight was later. The grounds were beautiful and private. We did not want for anything. The space was clean and had everything you might possibly need, including first aid kits, bug spray and a cooler- to name a few. There was plenty of room/space for us with a party of 7. I cannot say enough good about Jared, Keri, the Villa and the Island of St.John! Thank you! Highly recommend! ***Stone Falls Villa***

My husband and I truly enjoyed the apartment, everything was very nice and clean.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

Wow, this place is a real “hidden” gem! It has to be the quietest and most tranquil neighborhood on the island. So peaceful and relaxing…with epic views and always a nice island breeze. Sumaya and Diego were very kind hosts. Their place is really spacious and comfortable! Private gate, easy parking, lots of room and wonderful island views from the property! The location is just perfect. Only a 10 min drive to lots of good restaurants and cafes, market (shopping mall area, etc). Close to the mangrove as well for some awesome kayaking! Communication with Sumaya was excellent…and we even communicated with their pet parrot on occasion as well :) Overall, a wonderful stay. Will definitely return again. 👍

We had an amazing stay. We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. We were accommodated by having a pack and play available for her, which was a lifesaver for travel. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. I loved that there were restaurants on property along with three pools (the terrace pool was our favorite) The location itself is absolutely perfect, it’s a short distance to everything. A good central meeting ground between everything we wanted to do. We have already recommended this particular place to several of our family and friends as they were blown away with the view and our overall experience. We will 100% be back. This place may be an annual birthday tradition for us.

The location is perfect and the host provided the essentials you'll need for a great vacay! Definitely will be rebooking.

I’m giving a real review Shannon is absolutely lovely she was far more than accommodating for my trip I had arranged things for my girlfriend prior to arriving and she was very helpful flight got delayed so we got to check out later and was perfectly cool about it she’s truly an angel and made this trip amazing for us I really appreciate her and highly recommend anybody to book her truly phenomenal and I definitely plan on coming back if I can give 10 stars I would

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Property was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies you need and plenty of small appliances too. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the water steps away. It was about 500 feet away to swim or snorkel every day. We loved it and can’t wait to come back! Fabio is an amazing host and checked in often to make sure all was well-we would not hesitate staying at any of his properties!
