Property well located, close to markets, bakery, pharmacy , kiosks and snack bars. Every time we return, it will always be in D.sonia that we will stay.

We stayed only for a weekend plus we loved the house, everything clean smelly and organized, the place super quiet and calm, the house and according to the announcement and even bigger! beach on the same street of the house, the house and huge and fit enough people. Simply perfect! From the first contact, Maithe and Andrea were amazing, super attentive, helpful and always ready to help. Even before the trip, they were already giving us several great tips on cool places nearby, which made all the difference in our experience! The house is a spectacle! Exactly as in the pictures. Super equipped, clean, comfortable, with a delightful leisure area… you can enjoy yourself without worrying about anything. It has everything we need to really relax! During the stay, they remained super present, asking if everything was all right, if we needed anything… this care made us feel at home for real. My family and I loved every moment and, without a doubt, we want to go back! It has already become our special corner for Guarujá. 💙

I went with my family and friends, the house is just perfect! Well aired, enooooorme, all rooms with air conditioning, has all the kitchen utensils. A muuuuito house clean and organized. It had clean bed clothes in all the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight, a lot of sunshine that is still hotter still rs. The house is very close to the beach, we love and want to come back!!

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

We spent 3 days and I was very well received by Ari and Ju! We really enjoyed the kit, we didn't have any trouble! The market is next door and has great restaurants! We were very well received by Maria and the staff of the building that helped carry the luggage. The ap was clean and has a side view to the beach of the living room and the bedrooms. It has a good size bathroom in the hallway and a small one in the service area. The service area is difficult to hang the clothes, but it has a washer that helps a lot. The well-equipped kitchen and has all necessary utensils. The owner left some coffee capsules to make and has a water filter in the kitchen. This is great ! The rooms with comfortable beds, only the double one is small for a man of 1.80. Sala has 4 reclining leather seats and a large TV with access to all platforms. Fast Internet. The view is beautiful! Roseni responds quickly to messages and was flexible with checkout.
