had a great stay at the place. location was safe and quiet if u enjoy some peace. exploring around the area was easy with some good foods within 5 to 10 mins drive with not much traffics. the host was prompt with the replies to your enquiries and was a great help.. would come again some day

Easy check-in. I love the keypad check-in & that grab drivers can send your orders up to your apartment. Yay to grab food! Place match the photos & description, love the cosy aesthetic! Like that there's aircon AND fan. At level 17, the view is perfect. Short car distance away from restaurants and cafes. Here come the cons: The shower head holder is flimsy and broke off (we reported it to the host). However, the communication with the host is a little troublesome. You'll be invited/added to a WA group separately. Host is slow to respond. There's no early check in. The check-in instructions came pretty late. Overall, I would say it is a worthy place to stay.

Ang provides an excellent service and being very helpful for us. The house is a very clean and nice place to stay. At the downside, the Wi-Fi/mobile data connection is a bad for now.

We had a wonderful stay at Mr Kim’s house .The location was perfect for exploring the city, the space was impeccably clean, and Mr Kim was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this listing!

Nice place to stayy

We had an incredible stay at this homestay! The play area was huge and spacious enough to fit two cars, which was really convenient. We enjoyed having iftar outside the house, it was such a cozy and relaxing experience. The swimming pool was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids! The house was well equipped to accommodate all 11 of us comfortably. The beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Overall, it was such a fantastic experience that we’re already planning to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend this place for big groups and families! Thank you

The owner was very friendly and responsive. The place was beautifully renovated and spotless. Bed is comfy. The car porch can accommodate two cars. While there is no en-suite bathroom, there are two shared bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. A microwave would be a great addition, as we were unsure if using the provided stove or pan to heat our Ramly burger was allowed or if it would leave an odor in the house so we ate our burger cold 🥶

The venue was very spacious and clean. definitely worth the money. Recommended if need space for large families

Joaane the host is a very feiendly and nice lady...she is easy to be contact and willing to assist anytime. The house is in a very strategic location ..walkable to KSL MALL and its is clean and aceeptable.

Had an amazing stay at Ong's apartment! It is exactly as photos and what you see is what you get (and may even be pleasantly more too!). The apartment is really comfortable, clean, and spacious! & I especially loved that it is on the 31st floor, the wind is amazing! Also really appreciate that there is a water filter installed at the kitchen tap too and that the towels provided are nice and fresh! I saw videos of the gym and pools and they looked incredible too~ didn't have the time to explore them this round, but will definitely check them out the next time we stay at Ong's! Thank you again for providing such an amazing place for us~!

Stayed for 3 needs with my young family. Space was as described and looked like the pictures. My daughter LOVED all the brilliant play facilities - made the trip really special for her. The place was definitely worth what we paid so no complaints really. Cleaning could have been better, but I also think it being an older/slightly tired apartment didn’t help. Not the hosts fault, but the building is having some issues with anti social behaviour (notices around the place, and broken lift). Having said that, we didn’t experience this during our stay. Area around medini mall/legoland is walkable and feels safe.

Thank you so much Jason for being a great host. Clear instructions from the beginning and super responsive. We love the apartment. It felt homely from the start, very clean and cosy. The apartment has many amenities to explore and feels secure. It is central but is a calm and quiet part of town. I appreciate your support throughout our whole stay and would love to come back again.

My friends and I had a great stay here! It did get a little noisy from the cars but the ear plugs provided really helped The house was clean and many facilities in the building

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

Host was great and nice place. Only cons for this condo is the lift. Saw one upgrading and was down. Hopefully after upgrades the lift will be better.
