The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. Our jewel is finally ready! The bright and luxurious loft (approx. 80 square meters) with roof terrace offers absolute seclusion and a unique view over Lake Ammersee. After our beautiful garden apartment in the basement, you can now get to know Villa Romenthal from a completely different perspective: Under the historic roof beams, we welcome guests to our open 1-room loft with roof terrace. The beautiful Ammersee is about 900 m away.

Only a few minutes walk from Lake Constance, the "Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2" is centrally located in Langenargen, a recognized resort with a beautiful lakeside promenade. The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
