The house is a delight, a lot of space, airy. We were in 3 couples and 2 teenagers and 1 small child and were delicious vacation days! Before we arrived, Patricia already made a close contact by preparing all the details for our stay (we wanted to bring a pizza oven for example and she cared about arranging the gas). Patricia always responded very quickly and seemed to care about our experience. We were very happy with our holiday. The house is very good, we love the stay and we would be again without blinking! it was worth it!!

Partially elevated on pilotis that harmoniously integrate with the landscape of the Piracaia dam, Judith's house is a sublime example of Le Corbusier's concept of “Housing Machine”, a pioneer of modernism. Modern and stylish, offers a magnificent view, as well as well thought out spaces for comfort and coexistence. We relax in the infinity pool, admire the pond of carp and enjoy the steam sauna. The game tables brought joy to the moments with friends. The orchard, with jabuticabeiras, Sicilian lemons and various fruits, combined with seasoning gardens, delighted our senses. The exuberant garden, with exotic palm trees, manacás, bougainvilles, jasmins and lavandas, turned each stroll into magic. We spent Réveillon with two couples of friends, creating unforgettable memories in this special place. I recommend the House of Judith for those seeking comfort, style and architectural inspiration. amazing stay. I went with the family and everyone praised it a lot. Marcelo and his wife are very helpful and were very attentive. We even apologized for having exceeded the time at the barbecue, but it's just that the place is very quiet. Everything is very clean. They accept pets. Breakfast is very well served and tasty. Everything is perfect. We sincerely thank Marcelo's family for receiving ours.

They were great moments in the Denise farmhouse. The place puts you in contact with nature and has a great structure. Denise showed great kindness throughout the stay. The children loved it.

From the first contact, he was extremely polite, attentive and always available to help with whatever was necessary. Your proactivity and concern to make sure everything was perfect has really made all the difference. I had a wonderful experience at this charming house in Joanópolis! From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped by a serenity that is rarely found in tourist spots. The calmness of the place is simply perfect; the gentle wind blowing in the trees brings a sense of peace that feeds the soul. One of the best moments of my day was getting carried away by the gentle songs of the birds, creating a natural soundtrack that complements the beauty of the place. The house is extremely cozy, providing a home away from home. A special highlight was the delicious bathtub, where I was able to relax completely while admiring the stunning view of the forest before going down to the stream. It is priceless to be able to enjoy this unique moment, surrounded by nature and rebuilding inner peace. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway. I will definitely be back to enjoy more of these magical moments!

The experience at Andrezza's house was amazing, from the reception, through the wonderful place, with the soundtrack of the waterfall, beautiful view, very well maintained house and excellent distribution. We have a barbecue, pizza oven, wood stove, and a well-preserved and complete pool table. The house is close to some attractions in the region and at the same time is quite private, overlooking the forest, and a few meters away, it is possible to visit one of the falls of the Pretos waterfall without leaving the property (although it has a beach, it is not good to enter, it seemed a little dangerous); ~15/20 min. on foot or ~4 by car to the Pretos Waterfall where everything is very organized with options of restaurants and boia cross - I recommend this river tour for children and adults, super quiet and lasts about ~45min. We also visited the Cachoeira Encantada (beautiful, beautiful) and the Cachoeira Escondida (beautiful, but a little distant). We loved our stay with our 9 and 11 year old children and a couple of friends.

The house is very bucolic and cozy what made us feel at home. An excellent option to enjoy with family and friends. The host was careful in the guidelines, very cordial and attentive. The site is easy to access and the condominium is very safe.

My family and I spent the weekend super satisfied and delighted with the place, the only thing we were sad about is that we only stayed two days, but we will definitely be back😍, Solange is speechless, always ready to answer questions, she responded quickly, we met her and her husband in person, and they are very polite, we are immensely grateful for everything... Quiet neighborhood, nearest market about 15 minutes... we visited Cachoeira dos Pretos, we were amazed, and very close to the house too... Thank you!

Wonderful place, with an amazing view! Easy to get to, near the center of the city. The house is excellent, all brand new, extremely clean and well cared for. Helder's son, Victor, is the one who welcomed us, cleaned the pool early every day, showed the animals to the children, very requested, friendly and polite. Point to improve: the mattresses are very hard, all of them. For those who use a softer mattress, you will have difficulty sleeping. Overall, we loved our stay, hope to return one day!

Wonderful place overlooking the dam a peace, the house is impeccable and the place has several items ( detergent, floor cloth, dish cloth, water to drink), all thought out with affection for guests. The housewife very attentive, responds quickly, her host father always willing to help. I did not have a point to complain, 100% perfect stay, with my eyes closed and I will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and it surprised us, because it is even more beautiful in person and had all the kitchen utensils. It was quiet days, the surroundings of the condominium are perfect for walking and biking. Leandro was super helpful with all our requests. We already want to come back another time.

Very spacious, extremely pleasant and very well equipped house! The location is not so easy to reach, I suggest that they do not come by motorcycle or very low cars, especially if it rains, but it is worth the whole adventure when you arrive at the destination. A wonderful view and a place full of peace and quiet!
