Condo vacation rentals in Jinan-gun

It is perfect as a base camp for sightseeing around Gwangju.

Paul was kind and responsive and the place was big enough for our family. The mattresses were a bit hard though.

I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

The place was great! I stayed for about 4 nights and 5 days without any inconvenience. It's clean and tidy. Above all, the host was very kind..👍👍 And I tend to not sleep well, but the room was cozy, so I fell asleep..

Was a really nice place to get a few days of rest! The room looked even nicer than the photos. Sinan sageori bus station is only 2 min away and will get you everywhere

The inside of the house was really neat and it was the same as the photos. It was nice that the host turned on the heating in advance because the weather was rainy and cold. I loved the loft structure and it was nice. Both the bedroom and the loft had fluffy bedding, so the whole family slept well, and the sunlight came in well, so the interior was even more cozy and nice. I recommend it!!

It's right next to Hanok Village, and there's a place to park ~ The mattress is spacious and the futon is clean! The value is so good

The location is a little remote, but it's a friendly neighborhood. You must bring a car. If you want to go to the nearby grocery store, you have to go about 3 minutes by car. The room is big and the living room is big, so it's great to stay. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It gets plenty of daylight and it's great for working or studying. The location is also convenient. There are bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paul was very kind and quick to respond to my messages. I felt very comfortable. My stay was excellent.

Amazing place especially for students because it’s near chonnam national university!!

The accommodation was a well-equipped apartment with a fridge, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, TV, etc. The self-check-in process was very smooth as the host provided detailed instructions in advance. Also, the host was responsive when I messaged and asked a question!
