Vacation rentals with lake access in Jervis Bay Territory

This was a perfect getaway for two families of five. The bedrooms are all a good size, with the kids' room and the master room both very spacious. The lounge area was comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked, including lots of glassware and kids' plates and bowls etc. The location is great - easy walking distance to shops. The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Would love to stay here again!!

Anne’s house is a comfortable and tranquil home located in a beautiful spot by the water. We enjoyed our stay, spending much of our time on the pier enjoying the view and fish life, paddling on the provided kayaks and exploring the gorgeous national park.   Anne was approachable and helpful throughout. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place is very peaceful and is exactly what was described. Love that it’s very close to the lake. My kid enjoyed walking around the lake and seeing some wildlife. My kid also left his favourite plushie toy, and tony was very kind enough to post it at our place. We would definitely recommend Tony’s place.

A beautiful stay away from all the noise in the city. Quite and peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by plenty of nature and also backing up straight to the water. The house itself is very well kept and a comfortable stay for a group without feeling cramped. Would love to book here again for any trips anytime of year.

Great location - walking distance to town. Private jetty was good - caught mullet and brim. Neighbours were friendly. House is clean and beds were comfy. Double shower was great. Was slightly pricey but given time of year, was expected. Very limited supplies offered (toilet rolls, no shower gel etc). Very quiet. Easy to find and check in.

Great place for a summer holiday . It has a nice outdoor seating area and great location. The host was also very helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here. Centrally located with an enormous back yard. The place was exactly as described - It's an older style house, but well maintained. Bedrooms were large. Communication with Brent was great

The family and grandkids loved all the boating equipment, games tables, sporting equipment. Loved the outdoor yard so large with plenty of room to play and the chickens were a daily delight for the children. Amazed at how well stocked the home was, literally only had to bring sheets and towels everything else was provided. We enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner relaxing on the outdoor verandah overlooking the beautiful river. Very peaceful and serene place to unwind, a home away from home. It was great to find a home large enough to could cater for my family. Definitely would stay again.

It was a beautiful location for the perfect little getaway, very central to the little shops on the street and walking distance from the beach. It can get a little noisy on weekends, but it was a beautifully designed little apartment

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a good experience. The location is superb, just a 5-minute drive from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value for the money.

Southern Belle was very comfortable, private and accommodating. Great location to stay during the busy holiday periods if you want to relax and avoid the crowds but also close to everything. Tony’s communication was great, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

My family had a lovely week at Lake Edge holiday units. Amazing location right on the lake, with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The swimming pool was fantastic for our two primary aged children. Steven was a friendly, responsive host. Would definitely return!

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Close to some nice beaches and towns with good hospitality venues. Would absolutely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Renae and Wes’s place. The house was spotless, super comfy, and had everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like beach towels and a coffee machine. The location was perfect—just a short walk to town. Renae was so helpful and made everything easy. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Calm Waters. Very central to shops & restaurants, we loved swimming in the river opposite at high tide, mooring the boat out front & being able to take our dog! It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend.

Perfect location! Directly on the Basin so we could go out Kayaking and Paddle boarding every day. The kids even practiced windsurfing on the basin. Lovely house with everything we needed, will definitely be back.

Lovely peaceful place to stay - the cabin had everything you need - despite the weather being wetter than we would have liked it just gave us an excuse to stay in, use the hot tub and bbq and enjoy the quiet. The kids liked the trampoline and small play area and it was nice of Angela and Wayne to come and say hello when we arrived and give us a few local tips to explore - particularly to visit the nearby stingrays! Would definitely stay again.

Very cute cabin, directly across the road from the lake with great facilities for a relaxing, weekend stay. Make sure to take the kayaks out, and get up early to see the family of kangaroos hop across the lawn. Excellent communication from Bronwyn with loads of tips for the local area, Jervis really is beautiful and the beaches were so quiet, even at the weekend!

What a beautiful sanctuary Leah’s place is in quiet sleepy Swanhaven. This was the perfect place for us to switch off and chill out. So comfortable, which generous basic supplies, very clean and well presented. Perfect place for us to take our two little dogs as well. We particularly liked their backyard and outdoor entertaining area, perfect for dinner and cards.

We spend a beautiful few nights at Becs home. The home is gorgeous and so is the area. We were comfortable from the get go with a beautiful welcome package and comfortable space. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting some r&r. Will def be back when I'm back up this side of the country.

What a gem of a place. Beautifully designed cottage in a quiet street. Great games area for families and bikes for all to use. Just a short ride to the lake for beautiful sunsets. Great lay out with seperate bathrooms (only toilet in one) which is great when travelling with 6 people! We will definitely be back.
