בית חדש, כפרי ומעוצב, בישוב כפר אלדד, צופה אל נוף מדברי מפעים. 5 חדרי שינה, 2 אמבטיות, מקלחון, 3 חדרי שירותים. חדר ספורט ענק, סלון מרווח, מטבח (כשר) מאובזר ונוח. 2 מרפסות, אחת מהן פטיו מוצל במשך כל שעות היום. דק עץ צופה אל הנוף המדברי. גינת תבלין וירק. חדש- ג'קוזי חיצוני תחת כיפת השמיים!! בריכה, פינת מדורה, מנגל גז, טלוויזיה, חימום תת רצפתי. שפע משחקי ילדים. בית כנסת במרחק הליכה. שבילי כניסה לטיולים במדבר במרחק נגיעה מהבית. בקרבת היישוב נחל תקוע, מערת חריטון, הרודיון. 15 דקות נסיעה מירושלים.
