This is a very nice house in an interesting neighborhood, decorated in a truly Mexican fashion. Juan was great.

Gorgeous place! Very clean and beautiful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the owner is excellent, no problems, the ocean is 2 minutes away, the pool is gorgeous, clean, the dishes are excellent, premium class, there is everything for convenience! We will definitely come back again!!!!

our family had a great time staying here for 2 weeks! jillian was super attentive to messages + was very helpful if we needed anything. a quick drive from the beach which we went to almost every day with our kids. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and having the little store down the road was so helpful when we didn’t want to adventure to a big box store for items. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

We planned to stay a little over a week, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay. Luckily the place was available and didn’t have to move. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. The place was just as described, in a great location close to stores and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

The house was very clean, with a great location and Gabriel was very attentive

Our stay was excellent! The house was huge, and we especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The main spaces were great for a large group and the pool was really nice! There’s also a beach club within walking distance that had good food, but it was a little pricier than going into town. It’s a gated community, so it felt safe and secure. Lina responded to us right away, if we ever had questions about anything! Highly recommend, if you have a big group and don’t want to pay hotel prices, but still want to have a luxury stay!

Excellent, it fulfilled each of the functions and exceeded expectations. A clean, quiet place with everything you need without losing that personal touch that makes the house a plus, a good location and strategic to get to know Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta. Very good accommodation if you just want to sleep, since it is far from several beaches, but it is very close to bus stops and supermarkets. It is also very comfortable, like home, and the host is always available for messages

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

An extremely beautiful house, everything is close and is very quiet, we had an incredible time and José Luis is always attentive, we would definitely come back !!!

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. We really enjoyed staying at Haddon and errands Place not only was it clean and beautiful and well designed but the view is magnificent we also enjoyed how clean the yard was and how easy it was access down even though it had the feeling of being absolutely private would definitely recommend staying here And are considering staying there again on our next trip!
