Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Soufia was there when we arrived late (our plane was delayed). She took the time to explain to us how the apartment and the surroundings work. She lives on the second floor of the property. Beautiful property surrounded by an intimate garden. Several plants and trees are planted there, so beautiful scenery. Cats are present in the garden. The interior of the apartment is well decorated and clean. We immediately felt at ease… The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

Great option for a relaxing stay in Tunis area - Sidi Bou Said in walking distance, La marsa 5 min with taxi and Tunis centre in 30 min. Has a beautiful terasse away from the busy city, we enjoyed having long breakfasts and soaking up the sun there. The appartment was great size with 2 bedrooms and all necessities. Host was very welcoming amd accomodating - all in all definetly recommendable choice. Thanks again for the stay!

We loved our stay, the accommodation was impeccable, very charming, comfortable and in a good location, close to the center of La Marsa while being quiet. This place makes you feel comfortable, especially in the morning. The view of the garden from the window is amazing. Everything was special. My husband and I spent beautiful days without any anxiety or stress. A clean city. Honestly, I recommend everyone who lives in it. I will return soon. Thank you.

Its nice apartment and clean and well maintained

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to dine there in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and having the apartment ready for us, he advised us where to go to eat and was very kind in letting us check out after the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!
