Vacation rentals with beach access in Japaratinga

The Matheus space is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable, airy, excellent for rest. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it.

A place where we will do A LOT of hosting again! The host was extremely solicitous and welcoming, the AirBnb of EXTREME taste in the smallest detail! A cozy place, well situated and easy access to the best beach in the region! Large, airy rooms, all electro-electronic functioning perfectly and complete with all that is needed, as in a home! Indico, no reservations!

Josy was always attentive, receptive and concerned with my arrival and stay. Always showed support, giving clear information and great tips. I really enjoyed staying these great days.

My stay in Miracle Saint Michael was amazing! The place is simply wonderful, with flawless cleaning and very well taken care of. Comfort was exceptional, I felt super comfortable all the time. The host was extremely attentive, always available to help and ensure everything was perfect. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy this paradise with all the comfort and hospitality.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

I liked it a lot, nothing to complain about, everything as described, we were very well received, I felt at home, very close to the beach, I will definitely come back more often, I simply loved it. I also recommend it with my eyes closed. Congratulations!

Brand-new, super charming apartment, all equipped. We love it!!

I went with my mother and the dogs and we loved it, it has a lot of privacy, everything was clean, I always had a quick response, they were very proactive and kind. And the shower is the yard was the difference, we loved it💜.

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the photos don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 en-suites + a powder room. The location is perfect, close to markets that you can call for deliveries, and the tourist spot “Moses' path”. Mr. Nido, the caretaker, welcomed us very warmly and was always willing to answer our questions.   Suggestions for improvement: 1. The access ladder to the beach does not pass safety, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, it is worth an evaluation to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a little dark and the same happens in the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to return more often. 

Great house, we are 6 adults and 1 pet, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, closed garage for 2 cars, great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool! Foot in the sand, balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with hammocks! Great location, with a restaurant, market, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop and greengrocer nearby! Need a car! Mrs. Zélia greeted us on arrival, super polite and kind, and accompanied our departure! Micelle is super attentive and helpful, with Great communication! Anyway, I highly recommend it and we'll be back with Certeza !

The space is charming and cozy, as well as super clean, with very tasteful decor. The location is very good, no doubt, we will return.

We had a wonderful time at Villa do Sossego. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children, everyone had a fantastic trip. The house is beautiful with so much natural beauty. The flowers& plants & of course the ocean front made it spectacular. In the mornings, we went out on the paddleboard and kayak. If you go out far enough, you will reach a very shallow area where the water must be at least 90°, it’s unreal! Bete &Celio add such a nice touch to this Airbnb. Bete makes wonderful local food and was very helpful if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked great. We spent our nights by the pool or sitting down on the beach enjoying the ocean breeze. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon, which made everything look even more spectacular. There is also a “house dog” who came to visit us often, we enjoyed him so much. This was our first time to the area and when we return, we will stay here again for sure. Tatiana has a fantastic place.

Great location, clean and well-organized space. Our only difficulty was on the days we decided to eat out. Some places were on collective vacation, which made it a little difficult, but we managed to find other places a little further away. Ideally, you should do everything in the house. Mrs. Claudia was extremely helpful, always available and instructing us.

I would like to put on record how wonderful our stay at this beach house was. The atmosphere is cozy, well-kept and perfect for days of rest with comfort and tranquility! The house is exactly like in the photos!!! But what really made the difference was the care and dedication of dear Zani and Erica. Always attentive, they welcomed us with affection, keeping everything impeccable and pampering us with delicious meals. Their presence made our experience even more special. We love staying in Fernanda's apartment. Everything is very well structured and organized. Local combines convenience, comfort and great location.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. Amazing place! Spacious, everything you need… very short walk to the beach, own parking space right in front of the building.

What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
