Villa vacation rentals in Jamaica

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is one of a kind and top quality. The host was very responsive and proactive. She was able to accommodate additional services like grocery shopping before we arrived, cooking meals, driver service and ironing services. Carline, her housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was plentiful. She even added flowers from the garden to the breakfast table, which was a nice touch. When we were away from the house, Carline would tidy up after us, which was really kind since we had a big group and a busy schedule. Lando, the driver, was able to accommodate our large group and was on time for pick ups and flexible for drop offs. The location was on a hill, behind a private gate, but still very accessible when we decided to use Uber. The home is private and tucked away but still only 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

My family stayed for an extended weekend. We had a marvelous time. Staff was wonderful. Took great care of us! Highly recommend for a family time away. Nice set up. Everyone had some private space and lots of space together.

A perfect place to stay. The kitchen is enormous, the bedrooms are comfortable, the views of the Sea is fantastic. The pool was well used! The on-site staff was a huge help. To rate this place as a 10 is cheating so I will give it an 11.

This Airbnb was great!! Beres, groundskeeper, was excellent. Ian was in constant contact with us to ensure everything was OK from the moment we got in country. Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

By far the best Villa I have ever stayed at. The staff here is phenomenal, they are friendly and attentive. The Chef was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner prepared for us during are stay, and it was so delicious! Also, the view of the ocean is beyond blissful! I highly recommend this villa.

Joshua was a great host, from booking to check out. Answered my million and one questions very promptly.. We were a family of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids, and accommodations were satisfactory. We went with private chef for 2 breakfast mornings and one dinner…and let me tell you, Chef Keros is a 5 star chef! Peaceful and private. Would definitely book another stay!

Omg! Bryan’s place was amazing!! Stayed here so I could be closer to my wedding venue & my family & friends loved it! The pictures did no justice! We felt right at home! Twana-Gay ( the housekeeper) was amazing! Felt like we knew her for years. Community was beautiful! Down to the lawn care & flowers. Loved it!! Overall amazing experience, will definitely stay again! Franklin was superb. Very down to earth, attentive and informative. He knew the area well, suggested some great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. His property is greatly maintained and the amenities were as described.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway: Villa was as described and basic items were provided. Rooms and surroundings were clean and very comfortable. The only minus was the beach, sea was very shallow and grassy, ok if you just want to wade. The beach setting was one of the main reason we booked here, but it did not detract too much as we still had a great time. Would recommend and want to publicly thank the host, Terrence, who kept us informed from conception to the end.

This was a last-minute booking because our other airbnb canceled on us last minute. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. We got there pretty late that night, and she guided us through everything well. The only thing I found a bit annoying was having to go over a checklist to count every single thing that was in the house, but I can understand why she did that. The home itself was beautiful and clean.

The place was clean and peaceful with accurate pictures displaying the listing. We will definitely consider staying again next time we come back to Jamaica.

My family had a wonderful time atJohnson’s Crest. Jacqueline’s attention to details are impeccable. I especially loved the hand sanitizer station as you entered the house and the small labels on all the switches. This really saved us from turning on every thing to find the one we really needed 😜. The house was immaculate; it was very clean and the white linens and towels were perfect. Chef Lurline made us delicious Jamaican breakfast and dinner during our stay. We licked the platter at each meal and she made everything so tasty without being too spicy for my dad and daughter. She was also very attentive to my daughter’s tree nut and peanut allergies. Jacqueline suggested menus and having the groceries delivered before we arrived was a plus. We felt safe in the neighborhood. My kids biked and played tennis. The pool was under maintenance during our stay, but the beach was relaxing and we had it to ourselves. I only wish it had less seaweeds. Overall a lovely time and we will return

Beautiful home in a quiet and safe gated community. The views from our front door were amazing! Everything was as pictured. Came in a day late due to travel delays and Travis was very understanding and accommodating! Definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home just minutes from Ocho Rios! The property is in a peaceful, secure gated community, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my trip. The house itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable!!everything from the fresh, crisp linens to the cozy furniture made it easy to relax and feel right at home. A huge thank you to our host, Rochelle, who was absolutely wonderful! She was so warm and welcoming, and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

This is a gorgeous property that is close to the beach, quiet, and relaxing. Nadine and Barry were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating! I highly recommend the chef who made absolutely delicious local dishes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Beautiful home. Lots of inside space. Kids enjoyed. Careful of the hot wata. 😂 well at least it’s hot. Close to activities. Quick and responsive host. We lost water pressure and a quick response showed how to get the reserve pump going. God bless

This house was conveniently located near the beach which was quiet and the people were very friendly. Maria was very respectful and responsive to our request and concerns. The caretaker Ryan was our go to person always polite and respectful. He also took on the role as our tour guide and driver. Overall all 6 members of our group had a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience.

Terrian was an absolute angel. She recommended restaurants, a chef, massage therapist and even got a birthday cake ordered for one of my friends. She was knowledgeable about everything I asked. Gilly was a dream. He greeted us with a warm smile and showed us everything we needed to know. He had tons of local suggestions as well. This is my fifth time booking an Airbnb in Jamaica and they were my absolute favorites. I’d definitely recommend and return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Octava and Natz's. i had a little trouble with the TV and they were responsive to my concerns. the house is huge, clean and very we'll care for. i felt right at home. The only disappointment was that the pool table was broken in the pool house and I was looking forward to playing some games. Definitely would stay again.

Me and friends stayed here and we will definitely be back! Host was so friendly from start to finish and kept checking in on us! He also provided us with stuff we can do locally! Don’t hesitate book you won’t regret it! We felt right @ home from the first walk in!
