Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Behind the cottage is a cottage road with traffic. There is a small private beach within walking distance. Borrow a canoe and go to the sea. Pikkuhiekka is 3 km away. It has a lovely sandy beach and good outdoor opportunities. There are fitness trails for walking or biking in the little sand. at the cottage, you can sauna every day. The center of Pietarsaari is 7 km away. A child is great for a family. Pets are also welcome.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
