Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Jablonec nad Nisou District

Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Oprócz tego, że zapewniła nam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy to dała nam również kilka lokalnych rekomendacji co warto zwiedzić w okolicy :)

Miejsce godne polecenia! Sam domek jest przepiękny, okolica spokojna, piękne krajobrazy, domek jest w pobliżu wielu miejsc turystycznych wartych zobaczenia, wewnątrz bardzo czysto, wszystko było zadbane i widać było że gospodarze oddali temu miejscu dużo serca. Szczerze polecam, Dziękuję Marie za wspaniały pobyt :)

Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr modern und sauber. Ivan war sehr freundlich, hat uns bei Anreise alles erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Die Sauna und den Naturpool haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, schön anzusehen war das Wasser aber trotzdem von der Terrasse aus! Allgemein ist die Umgebung wunderschön grün, ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Für Einkäufe, Restaurants etc. sollte man deshalb aber auch immer eine ca. 15 minütige Autofahrt vom Haus aus einplanen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können uns definitiv vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen :)

Eine sehr moderne Unterkunft, in welcher die Besitzer (außerhalb der Vermietung) auch wohnen. Die Bezeichnung: "Blitzsauber" ist in diesem Fall untertrieben, da sich jeder Reinraum von diesem Haus eine Scheibe abschneiden könnte. Man könnte in jedem Raum vom Boden essen... Wirklich in jedem. Bezüglich der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, vor allem Spielzeug. Die Kommunikation mit Lucie war problemlos und schnell. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Krásná a útulná chaloupka v klidné vesnici a kouzelné přírodě. Ideální pro klidnou dovolenou s přáteli. Hostitelka vždy odpovídala velmi rychle a poskytla přesně to info, které jsme potřebovali.

Jedno z nejlepších míst! Majitele jsou hodné a příjemné lidí, klid a příroda - nic víc. Děkujeme!

The accommondation was exactly as it was described (enough space for 5 adults and 3 children). It was clean, easy to find and the check in was problem-free. The apartment is located directly oposite a ski slope on the outskirts of Harrachov. It taks about 20 minutes to walk to the center of Harrachov. We would love to come back some day!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geräumig, rustikal und für unseren Winterurlaub gut geeignet. Zum Skihang und zu den Loipen ist es allerdings ein kleines Stück zu fahren. Bei viel Schnee sind Schneeketten definitiv empfehlenswert, da die Zufahrt kurvig und steil ist und keine wirkliche Wendemöglichkeit besteht. Die vielen Zimmer haben zwar nur kleine Schränke, sind aber vollkommen ausreichend, da wir uns ohnehin meist in der großzügigen Wohnküche aufgehalten haben. Der Dachboden ist recht niedrig und eher was für mittelgroße Kinder. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

Pobyt w tym domku był naprawdę udany! Gospodarz okazał się niezwykle pomocny – na początku wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił i był dostępny w razie potrzeby. Sam domek ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat, co sprawia, że pobyt tutaj jest jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Okolica jest spokojna i malownicza, idealna do odpoczynku. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – blisko zarówno na stoki czy szlaki. Bardzo polecanko🤌🏽🤌🏽

Zuzana is een hele lieve host die alles kan verzorgen. Piste is op loopafstand en die zijn heel kindvriendelijk ook de skilessen zijn super. In het huis hadden we last van de akoestiek maar verder was alles heel schoon, netjes en alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig.

the appartment is exactly the accomodation I wanted to spend the small holiday in. Everybody cosy in one big bed, clean, not in the middle of a city. skiing is easy to reach. I'll sleep there again if I come back to the region!

Great memories have been made! Nice garden with soft grass and great fireplace. Wood from scary room, best wood! Yes! Would recommend to a friend. See you next time!

Vše v poradku, správce byl k dispozici každý den kdybychom něco potřebovali. Jen bych pozemek úplně nebrala jako oplocený. Chapu ze se nekde dělají úpravy ale kdyz je pominu tak směrem k sousedům byl jen živý plot a schody a náš pesan šel samozřejmě sousedy hned navštívit 😅 jinak vše v pořádku ☺️
