Although we did not meet Mr. Çağdaş in person, he was a very kind gentleman that I felt in our phone call. The house had a living atmosphere with souvenirs. It made you feel like you came to a relative's house. It was spotless and incomplete. No need to tell us about its location. Thank you for everything, Mr. Çağdaş.

The host was very caring, friendly, and always kind. The house was completely as described in the photos and descriptions. We had a great time with a great pool and hot tub. If I have the opportunity to go again, we have no doubt that it will always be our first choice. :)

The house was very clean, and the pool water was the cleanest and hottest we’ve ever seen. The jacuzzi was spotless and worked perfectly. The house was warm and cozy. The host was super kind and even let us pick fruit from the tree. When we mentioned that one of the glasses broke, instead of getting upset, he just asked if we were okay and said our safety was the most important thing. We were happy with everything and will definitely come back again!

The host was very caring from start to finish, he responded promptly to any questions we had, thank you very much. The house is beautiful, the underfloor heating is great, we had to open the windows at times. The pool temperature was very good, we were able to enter comfortably even in the evening. In my opinion, the only downside is that it's a very steep uphill. When we got to the house, we didn't have to climb the steep slope as a result of the host being guided correctly. Highly recommend, you won't regret it.

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

serdar’s place is great option for the area. The apartment was clean when we got in, and he set out some bottled water for us in advance. Most of all, I appreciated how he tried to arrange a taxi for us and stay a bit longer when I was extremely sick. This type of flexibility when you are in sick while traveling is essential. We stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were quite sufficient, everyone stayed comfortably. Especially the fact that the pool is heated provided great comfort in this season, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation in Sapanca!
