We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Mon séjour a été parfait ! La maisonnette avec mezzanine est exactement comme sur les photos très, propre, une déco très cozy et épurée, bien pensée et très agréable . Le quartier est calme, pavillonnaire et sécurisé, avec tout à proximité : supermarchés, restaurants, fleuristes, et le tram T9 à quelques minutes à pied qui mène directement à Porte de Choisy, aucune galère pendant tout mon séjour ! Belkhel et Leyla ont été des hôtes très réactifs et disponibles par message. J’ai hâte de pouvoir revenir, en espérant que ce petit cocon soit disponible lors de mon prochain passage !

Lucila is a great host. She was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Tarik is a wonderful host. From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive from start to finish. He met us at the house upon check in and walked us through everything. He even walked around the neighborhood with us, showing us where to buy food, drinks, local restaurants, and the best boulangeries to pick up our daily baguettes. He also went to the metro with us and helped us figure out how many cards and trips we needed to buy. He made himself available all the time and even offered to drive us to the airport because the taxis were having a protest. The house itself was very clean. All the rooms are described exactly as it is on the listing. Plenty of space for storage. All amenities were included. The gardens in front and back of the house are beautiful, worth sitting outside for a snack or a chat. My family of 9 adults and 1 child felt very comfortable. Checking out, Tarik helped us with all of our luggage and even waved down a taxi for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We had a fantastic stay! Our group of seven felt right at home, and the apartment was ideal for our holiday. Though compact, the space is very well designed – the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a dining table that fit all of us comfortably. We especially loved the garden, which was perfect for relaxing outdoors in the evenings after a day of exploring. Ordering takeaways and getting Ubers was easy, which made things even more convenient. Communication was excellent throughout, and the clear instructions helped us settle in quickly. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

I can confidently say this is the best airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. ‏The property was exactly as described — clean, new, and well-organised. ‏The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools and appliances needed for cooking. ‏The neighborhood is quiet and respectable. ‏The hosts thoughtfully provided a city guide, including recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions with pictures — I truly appreciated that! ‏We had a wonderful time and are very grateful !

El departamento excelente muy fácil de llegar. Tiene un metro a pocos minutos hay cafeterías y panaderías cerca. Es mejor comer ahí porque el París es más caro. Me encantó volveria

I cannot say enough positive things about my Parisian experience. The neighborhood was very friendly and did not have a lot of tourists. Everything I needed was very accessible and within walking with a Metro stop directly in front of the building. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. If you rent this AirBnb be sure to take Fred’s French cooking class! I’m going home with multiple ideas to recreate my experience in my own kitchen. It can’t be beat! This is the only place I will stay from now on whenever I visit Paris!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Em'Barka. Der Check-in war super einfach und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, die beschriebene Ausstattung vorhanden und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Für uns war auch die Lage optimal, da es nur 10 Gehminuten zum nächsten Bahnhof sind und man mit dem Zug super schnell im Zentrum von Paris ist. Alles in Allem eine schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft, in welcher man Abends nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt entspannen konnte! :)

(🇫🇷) Un bel appartement dans un quartier agréable. A proximité de la gare (20 minutes en train jusqu'à la ville). Bernard était sympathique et l'appartement était sécurisé. Merci!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

El departamento es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, la zona es muy bonita y tranquila, los días que llegábamos tarde (12:30 am) o salíamos muy temprano (5 am) se sentía seguro para caminar, la zona muy tranquila y hermosa. Un poco lejos de las atracciones en el centro de París pero en la línea del RER B donde esta ubicado, llegas en 35 o 40 minutos a todo. Marc al pendiente de que estuviera todo bien, nos presto dos tarjetas Navigo para andar en RER y metro, nos recomendó lugares para desayunar y nos permitió dejar el equipaje temprano en la mañana aunque todavía no pudiéramos hacer el check in por que iban a limpiar el departamento. Todo muy bien 👍🏼

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Exactly as the description and pictures on the listing. the checkin instructions were lengthy but logical and worked perfectly. We understood the reason as it made the building and apartment very secure. Four adults had a fantastic 6 days in Paris ( we even mastered the Metro) We ate our body weight in products from the local bread/cake/pastries shops. The outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower was the thing we couldn’t get over especially when illuminated at night. Mehdi went out of his way to sort out a couple of minor problems we encountered ( not his fault) so we had the perfect Paris break.

Amazing apartment, so much character and a joy to spend time in. Super comfortable and clean. Would love to stay again. Hubert, Victoria and John were great hosts, couldn't ask for more :)

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.
