The house has a great location, is comfortable and well equipped; we spend pleasant moments as a family. The street is paved, calm and with little movement; the children played a lot and we were at peace.

The accommodation brings that coziness of grandma's house. The house is huge and also has a lot of outdoor space. We used the wood-burning oven to make pizza (Jucineide kindly left firewood for us to use), we picked lemons from the tree to make lemonade and spent very quiet days. We went with our little dog who loved all the freedom. The condominium is very safe and beautiful. The hiking trail right in front gave us that boost for daily exercises and also indicated the path to the lake and the trail (which surprised us by its size and beauty). The market in the shopping center is very complete and so absolutely nothing was missing for our stay. We did a small part of the coastal route, which is very close, and had coffee with a beautiful view. We walked through the entire condominium, which has very beautiful houses, but Jucineide's house is certainly the one that most looks like home, it brings all the tranquility of the interior, which is exactly what we were looking for.

The house is very good, it corresponds to what is advertised. The pool is great. Clarification, questions, guidance were always answered. We really liked the house, the transparent and polite way of Vitória. We would definitely come back. There is only one reservation about the region, which at this time has a lot of mosquitoes (just like those that give bananas) during the day.

We love to stay in this Grasielle accommodation, all well clean, tidy and easy to access.

The house accommodated us well, is comfortable and has all the necessary structure. There are two en-suites and one bedroom with a bathroom next door, all with a double bed. We were very well received by the hosts, who were willing to assist with what was necessary, including making our check-in and check-out flexible. The place is ideal for rest, as the condominium is very quiet and pleasant. I'll just record a few observations: the pool is climate-controlled, not heated, and I recommend that you call the hosts whenever you need to change something in its operation, because unfortunately we ended up changing something incorrectly, which caused damage to the whirlpool and we need to pay the repair costs; The house is located in a land area, but very close to the paved roads; it is feasible to check the availability of the hosts if they wish to access the club, as access is restricted to visitors, and they cannot enter and leave unaccompanied by the owners. Overall, excellent house!

All clean and organized, cozy environments, complete with household items, swimming pool with very pleasant hydro. Full and functional gourmet area! Good location, very close to Yacht Club XIII.
