the beautiful place terrace for asados and take mate x night ,washing machine and bathroom upstairs too , spectacular area well positioned 4 blocks from shopping larger minutes from the waterfront by car garage without shade but well with camera and everything nobody touches the vehicle,with tranquility you leave it,a house of exchange when leaving the garage , right hand,but it is not necessary because they take Argentine pesos in all places , very nice comfortable house, comfortable beds, soft sheets,good odor, fridge kitchen,turkey,all kitchen utensils, double bed, in the other room double bed and kennel, hot water in the bathroom ,towels, silhouettes lends you Edith ,that seemed great,,small business in front of what you need to run ,super a few blocks ,small dining rooms around, a cuadra and a half place that sells rikisima fruit salad, 10 minutes from the main coast (San José ,many restaurants there is the end of shows ,bicycles, skates to enjoy

Very nice city, the apartment is located in the nicest part of Encarnación with an excellent view New building with security, very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment Spotless linen and towels Fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine Everything is as shown in the photos I definitely recommend it Thanks Alan!! Lovely cabin and very nice host! We came with a dog and in fact for her to run in a lot for her. We drove to another city for business for a day and the host allowed her to run around the vast territory while we were away. This made us very happy! The plus was a cozy place, views, quiet, grill and a wonderful breakfast in the morning! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The apartment was very well located near the beginning of the coast with good communication with the rest of the city. Entry was very easy and convenient as the door has an access key. It is exactly the same as in the photos, ample and bright. We found a place to park in front without problems. Recommended accommodation.

Esther place is a very calm apartment where I was able to finally rest! She and her family did a great job keeping it very comfortable and simple which was very appreciated for me. Their place is closed to everything in the city and it was nice to be able to walk and have wild monkeys just in front the building along with green areas and small farms. Other guests at the building were very kind too as well as Esther who offered lot of help and flexibility. It was a great place to stay! Thanks Esther!

Adriana's apartment is ideal because this is a privileged point. Close to the coast, close to downtown and with a very nice view of the city. Encarnación me Encanto and Adriana's apt meets the ideal comfort to spend a stay in there. I recommend this place 100%

Beautiful view! Very nice doorman. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Close to the river for great walks. Great burgers Wednesday-Sunday at Rocky’s Pizza next door. Close to a farmers market on Avenida Japón (feria). Very nice host, not always the fastest responses. It’s a fantastic place to stay, except when cars play loud music parked by the river and the noise travels into the apartment. I was there two weeks and one Sunday and one Tuesday I couldn’t sleep because the music was loud until 5am. Less of a problem in winter, more of a problem in summer. Wifi works but isn’t fast, I hope the host upgrades it. Amazing sunsets and afternoon sun. Everyone in the building is very nice. Very safe neighborhood. If noise doesn’t bother you or you are visiting in winter I definitely recommend staying here because the view is so good from the balcony and dining room. Very nice host. Kitchen doesn’t have tons of amenities but enough to cook. Nice place and wonderful city.

We were super happy to stay on this beautiful country. The host is very friendly, helped us with everything in the area. She has created a beautiful garden with various plants and flowers. Also a shop with all kinds of delicious homemade honey, marmalades, healing oils and liqueurs. There are also several cottages to stay in and we have used them. If you like to retreat to nature and be within reach of the city and nearby villages, this is a perfect place to stay.

we had a very pleasant experience, the treatment with Axel is very kind and attentive, the place has all the amenities mentioned. Despite being retired from the center of Encarnacion it is easy and quick access to the most important places in the city
