Jova is an excellent person, very friendly, helpful, attentive and absurdly friendly. He gave instructions from all possible places for my comfort(from food to pharmacy contact) if needed. The totally clean and cozy apartment felt right at home, we will come back more and more often without a doubt. Thanks Jova for the WONDERFUL RECEPTION❤️❤️

Good location, clean space, comfortable accommodation.

Excellent location and access, right in downtown Raposo, close to everything. Very good accommodation, especially the outdoor area, with barbecue, sink, comfortable armchairs, a great pool and a beautiful view, right at sunset. Do we miss a stove, or oven, microwave or sandwich maker to prepare or heat a snack. It's just a detail. Nothing that compromises the stay

I had a good stay! Space is exactly as described, very clean and Tânia offers everything you need. The hostess was attentive and communication was excellent. I recommend it!!

Great place to spend quiet days and rest, especially for the building to have a quiet time. Still, the other residents are super quiet and polite, not even the noise of the avenue bothered me (with the window closed). The cozy apartment, full kitchen (I didn't have to buy either butter and garlic) and had everything, I didn't miss anything. Super soft mattress and the office desk serves more than you need as it's huge. The gatekeepers are good people and they also made me feel at home. Anyway, I can't wait to go back.

We need a place to stay and Luciano was very helpful. we traveled with our dogs and it was no problem to welcome us. Clean place, well located. We were able to rest to continue travel. :)
