A simple, rather cozy home. Ideal for those seeking contact with nature and days of rest.... The house is located 600 meters from the most sought-after waterfall in the region. Escorrega Waterfall!! Located on the main street... Come and venture into the Visconde de Mauá region.... I'll be happy to welcome you. The house has bed and bath linens available. We also have Wi-Fi. Some improvements have been made to the house recently. We have 2 TVs, the one in the bedroom is a Smart TV. TV Box device in the living room and 15-channel satellite dish... Fireplace also in operation!! Come stay with us!!! And feel the chill of the mountain. Warm up by the house's fireplace. For those who come by bus, I recommend my husband for the transfer. (check prices beforehand) Tours to waterfalls and villages. for those interested.

Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
