The stay was wonderful. The Praia Grande bathhouse is extraordinary, by the way, how beautiful the revitalization of the Matinhos shoreline was. The house is very comfortable, airy, quiet, easy to access, very close to the beach, located in a great neighborhood, a good parking space and with all the kitchen and beach utensils we need, such as chairs and umbrella, in addition to having air-conditioning in all rooms. I went with my in-laws, who are older and the location of the house greatly benefited their autonomy. Very easy to check in and check out. Our stay was very worthwhile. I highly recommend it.

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

The apartment is in a great location, is well equipped & with appliances in good condition. The price is very high for Guaratuba, but if you just want a place to spend the weekend without having a headache, it's a good option.
