Waterfront vacation rentals in Istria

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bottle of wine was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed. The location is ultra central, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, the views of the harbour are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Our stay was like Wooow! ...we felt like staying at home with a lot better possibilities around us; the location is great; very close to see local attractions: Roman Arena (2min. walking), boats to book dolphins tour(just down stairs!), eating good food ; Jupiter restaurant - 3 min....etc...etc The place it is a beautifuly design flat on a fourth floor (with a lift) with a balcony with a stunning sea side view!! Beds are super comfortable, spacious bathroom and kitchen. It was 5 of us and still plenty of room. A/C works perfectly... I'll tell you that way : book the place before it is too late...

The stay at Lino's was very nice, the house was very well equipped and nothing was missing. Impeccable cleanliness, great location to visit Kamenjak, convenient parking inside the property, privacy and silence in the surroundings. We were particularly surprised by the great hospitality of Lino and his wife. Ultimately, highly recommended accommodation!!!

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Beautiful accommodation and location. Katarina was very kind, offering tips for trips, restaurants, and activities related to Koper and the surrounding area. Everything went smoothly and smoothly.

The loft is a beautiful apartment in a great central location. The check in instructions were very clear which made the whole thing easy. The apartment is beautiful and bright and was super clean. The building is very characterful but be prepared to walk lots of steps. We will definitely stay again when next in Rijeka.

Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

Very nice hosts. Great location, just a few meters from the sea. From the garden direct path to the shore, to the start of a walk. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront or to the beach. Otherwise a good starting point for exploring Istria by car. The house is of old stone house style with wooden shop. Covered sun terrace towards the south-southwest directly overlooks the quiet sea, invites you to have breakfast or relax. Beautiful sunset. A clear recommendation from us!

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay in October. Great location, close to the beach and other nearby locations. Very friendly and helpful hosts🙂

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

We spent three very pleasant days in this apartment. The house is quiet, with attention to detail and perfectly clean. Cristina, the owner, was always helpful and kind, making us feel immediately comfortable. The location is also excellent: easy to reach the main attractions both by car and public transport. Recommended for those looking for relaxation without giving up the convenience of moving around easily!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricija's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

One of the cleanest homes I've ever been to. Claudio was very kind and proactive right from the start.
