Tiny house vacation rentals in Istria

The stay at the floating house was excellent. The space in the houses is used very clever, so you have enough room for plenty of your stuff, and it feels much larger than we expected by the photos. The location is great,it is in the Marina Veruda. You can use the services and locations the Marina provides (Restaurant,Bar,Pool, a small Shop, ATM etc.). To the next beach it is about 20 min through the marina or on the other side to the Verudela peninsula. Or you can hire a small boat directly from the 3maran-team to get to the next beaches or islands. The contact at the location was perfect. Any small Problems,any questions were handled/answered in minutes. Nice home,great location, perfect service. We can absolutly recommend the floating houses! Thank you very much.

Het contact was bijzonder aangenaam. Proactief en betrokken. Eenmaal op locatie was direct contact mogelijk en werd er fijn gecommuniceerd. We hebben ons verblijf als bijzonder aangenaam ervaren. E accommodatie was netjes en schoon. Een goede airco en een fijn en net zwembad met buitendouche. Met de auto ben je met zo’n 5 minuten aan de kustlijn, waar zich kleine baaitjes bevinden waar je goed kunt snorkelen en waar genoeg te beleven is voor kinderen.. Al met al een paar heerlijke dagen. Met een fijne host en prima voorzieningen. Heel veel dank voor de goede zorgen en het fijne verblijf. Wij komen graag een keer terug!

While my stay was short, I had a good time at Marija's place. It is brand clean, very cosy and quietly located while well-connected as the main road from Pula to Labin is not too far. Whether for a short stay or longer vacation, this place is ideal! Marija is very friendly and helps you out with any questions you may have.

tolle Gegend wenn man ruhe sucht. Viele wunderschöne Buchten, die aber schwer zu erreichen sind, entweder 20 min. Fussmarsch oder Geländewagen wäre notwendig. Aber es gibt auch ein felsiger bucht mit 8 min. Autofahrt die man erreichen kann, wo auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Vilma und Zladko sind super nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Und haben auch ein paar gemeinsame Abende verbracht, mit halb italienisch und halb deutsch ;) Eigene öl, wein, und schnaps sind zu empfehlen! Danke Vilma und Zladko für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für Pärchen ausgerichtet. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir bereits sehr freundlich von Silvana mit Kaffee und Kuchen empfangen. Die Aufteilung des Ferienhauses war ideal. Auf der ruhigen & schattigen Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das Meer & ins Grüne, wurde man manchmal sogar von Rehen begrüßt. Das Haus hatte eine moderne Klimaanlage,mit der es trotz 35-38 Grad draußen angenehm kühle Temperaturen im Haus gab. Das Bad hatte eine geräumige Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und war frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Küche war klein aber gut aufgeteilt, sehr schön und sauber und gut ausgestattet z.B. Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher,Brotmesser usw. Es gab zwei Kochplatten, einen Backofen,geräumigen Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Alle Räume waren schön und sehr ordentlich und es gab sogar nach der ersten Woche eine Reinigung. Silvana hat uns immer mal mit kleinen kroatischen Köstlichkeiten versorgt, war stets für Fragen offen und erreichbar

Der Check in und die Beschreibungen um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen waren sehr gut und die Kommunikation freundlich. Der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen und die Innenstadt mit dem Bus oder Uber ebenfalls. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und privat. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt! Katarina hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit begrüßt und uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, top sauber mit tollem Garten. Der Zugang zum Meer ist fantastisch. Alles top!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier, zusammen mit unseren Hunden. Der Bungalow war für uns völlig ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Lediglich ein paar Steckdosen mehr und ein besseres W-Lan wären gut für uns verwöhnte Handy-Junkies. ;-) Alex ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch hervorragend deutsch spricht. Die Lage des Bungalows ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. In einer kleinen Nebenstraße, der Dorfladen und auch der Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar (Auto geht natürlich auch, weil Krk nun mal hügelig ist). Ansonsten ist Pinezici ein kleines verträumtes Dörfchen, dass von der günstigen Lage am Meer und den damit einhergehenden Touristen lebt. Der Strand ist, wie in Kroatien üblich, steinig und das Wasser einfach traumhaft. Der Hundestrand könnte in der Hauptsaison etwas überlaufen sein, bei uns (September) hat es aber gut gepasst. Außerdem sind Hunde auch in der am Strand gelegenen Mocca-Bar wirklich gern gesehen. Uns hat es sehr gut auf Krk und bei Alex gefallen, Danke. :-)

Très jolie petite maison, propre, fonctionnelle et très bien arrangée, au milieu d'un environnement de nature paisible et ombragée. Tout a été tellement bien pensé. L'espace autour de la maison au milieu des arbres et vraiment belle et agréable. Nous avons adoré ! Anna est toujours réactive et arrangeante. Nous sommes allé à skocjan et Piran depuis ce lieu et avons profité des adresses de restaurant données par Anna.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen und würden auch wieder kommen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung und sehr gastfreundliche Eigentümer. Hat unseren Urlaub verfeinert.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und der Pool hat das ganze perfekt gemacht! Die Lage ist auch super, der Strand sowie Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsläden sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Stadt Pula ist man auch sehr schnell. Einfach rund um perfekt!

We were a couple there having weekend gateway:) Perfect. Wonderful house, fully equipped with extraordinary morning view from bedroom ❤️ We even didn’t care the neighbours coming one e a day gardening for 1h in front. It is the house for maximum enjoying the peace and nature. Thank you Sara!! We are definitely coming back!

Sehr schönes Floating House in der Marina von Portoroż. Sehr nahe bei der Badestelle und Ort zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Ideal bis 4 Personen, wir hatten es bei Schlechtwetter zu sechst etwas eng. Der Jacuzzi definitiv ein Plus! Das Wasser im Hafen war auch sehr sauber, die Kulisse sehr schön!

Five of us had a great weekend in Portorose. Sea house in marina Portorose was a perfect base for our adventures. My wife and I attended a bike race which started in camp Lucia, about 100 metera away. Center of Portorose, riva, public beach … everything is neaby in a walking distance. Jacuzzi was fantastic for recovery after the race. Thanks for everything, we wil gladly come again …

This is a lovely and cosy cottage, right in the middle of a nature park. The views are beautiful, lots of nice hikes nearby and a great place to relax and enjoy clear skies. We had a wonderful time after a busy period. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s not an easy drive to get up there (one narrow mountain road, and cars go both ways) and there is no proper store nearby so make sure to stock up on food before going up!

Da wir nur knapp 2jährigen Zwillingen gereist sind, hofften wir auf ein bisschen mehr Platz am Strand. Die steilen Anhänge zum Meer waren auch nicht ganz einfach für uns. Zudem hat uns ein Magen-Darm Virus erwischt, was wiederum in dieser Unterkunft äußert angenehm war, weil wir ausreichend Platz hatten. Zudem regnete es 2 Tage sehr viel und wir konnten die schöne Terrasse dennoch wunderbar nutzen, mit allen 4 Kindern. izidor und Dragana war sehr hilfsbereit und hatten gute Tipps! Von hier aus kann man sehr leicht Krk erreichen und so hatten wir am Ende noch wunderschöne Zeiten an ruhigeren Buchten, abseits der Trubels.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, l’alloggio è ben costruito e profuma di legno, immerso nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Lenzuola e asciugamani super profumati, giardino pieno di piante e drinks di benvenuto. Gregor, Stanka e Fiorella hanno fatto di tutto per rendere ottima la nostra permanenza e darci consigli sulla zona. Buonissima la colazione, ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia!

Great apartment in good location, quick walk to old town and supermarket right next door. Easy safe parking at your doorstop. Very friendly and welcoming host. Fully equipped kitchen.

Dejan’s accommodation is a little gem nestled in the heart of the beautiful Istrian countryside. The pool house, main house, heated pool, and charming garden are all beautifully designed and lovingly decorated with many thoughtful details. The property is located in a lovely village surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We didn’t miss a thing and could hardly believe our luck at being able to spend our Easter holidays in such a wonderful place. The kitchen, bathroom, pool house, etc. are all perfectly equipped. Dejan is an outstanding host. He responded promptly to all messages, provided a perfect guide for the house along with great tips for the area, and left us a very thoughtful welcome gift including wine, olive oil, and a candle. The beach is just under 10 minutes away, but the area is also perfect for hiking and excursions. We can highly recommend this house and would like to sincerely thank Dejan for his excellent care during our stay.

Все було відмінно. Але не зайвою б була ще микрохвильова піч. У всьому другому немає доліків. Дуже гарно!

Bojana a été d'une grande gentillesse, toujours réactive, a donne de bonnes idées de ballades,c'était un plaisir d'échanger. La petite maison est tout au calme avec possibilité de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, et il n'y fait pas chaud à l'intérieur même en pleine été, on y dort très bien sous les toits. De belles ballades à proximité, les grottes, rando montagnes et lac, la côte.

Il BUNGALOW di MAJDA e’un gioiellino! In 25 mq c’e’tutto il comfort di cui si necessita. Abbiamo alloggiato 7 notti in 4 persone(2 adulti e 2 bambine). Ci ha accolto Majda dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie,accogliendoci con delle specialita’del posto come benvenuto. Ci ha dato consigli su attivita’ed escursioni con tanto di cartina della Slovenia realizzata a mano,su cui ha appuntato tutte le principali attrazioni del luogo. Mai vista tanta disponibilita’,cura e passione in una struttura ricettiva! La piscina poi,comoda,vicinissima all’alloggio. Acqua sempre alla giusta temperatura,con possibilita’di fare il bagno sia di notte,che con la copertura in dotazione. Prodotti dell’orto e le uova dela pollaio a nostra disposizione. Per le bambine tutto veramente divertente Intorno a noi una varieta’infinita di natura e di animaletti di tutte le taglie e colori . Varamente un luogo di pace e relax, ottimo punto di partenza per infinite attivita’. Consigliatissimo…con tutto il cuore!

Wonderful and private garden, which was completely surrounded by a fence (important for our dog). Nice pool, relaxing. Igors son is a fantastic cook, we highly recommend booking dinners there as often as you can.

Matjaz è stato molto gentile ed amichevole. la casa è piccina, ma ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati bene.
