What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Audrey and Remy's place was the perfect place to call home during our stay in Paris. It is centrally located to anything you'd want to do/see in Paris. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, too! The subway is right down the street, but you won't need to use it much since you can walk to any and all of the tourist sites from the apartment. It's also really quiet, which is rare when staying in Paris, so we slept well! Can't wait to come back and stay here someday!

Cozy apartment with original and warm decoration, comfortable, very well equipped, at all levels. A beautiful, quiet and secure residence. Miss Phan is a lovely roommate, who once she trusts you, begs for attention and scratches. The location is ideal for visiting Paris by public transport, while also enjoying the neighborhood: Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Parc de la Villette, Canal Saint Martin and others. Daily, many shops at the foot of the building. In addition, Lydie is a friendly, responsive and caring host.

It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.

This was a great base to explore Paris if you are driving as it comes with parking. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the RER with a direct train to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Musée D’Orsay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is up and coming with a supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We could hear some road noise from the apartment, so take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Small but very comfortable and pleasant to stay in... and despite my 8-day stay I felt like I was in a cozy little cocoon. Very responsive, helpful and caring hosts... concerned about the well-being of their tenant... it's nice. They're also very discreet despite the proximity to their main home. Personally, I really enjoyed my stay, it was very peaceful and relaxing. I'll be back that's for sure!! Very nice place as in the pictures even better. We had a great time and I recommend it. (Small downside to humidity) but otherwise it was great!
