We loved Paul and Yanira’s unit. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The building is very safe and secure. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The location is literally a few steps away from a fantastic beach. Getting to Old San Juan was a breeze. Yanira and Paul were so responsive and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved our stay. When we travel again to PR, we will stay here again.

Carlos’ home was very clean and comfortable. Description of property was exactly as stated. Quiet neighborhood and although it is close to the airport (5 min), we did not hear the planes taking off. Close to the city’s offerings and within one hour of many other popular activities. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. Great host.

Best View in Puerto Rico temporary out of pool

The view from Adam's place deserves five stars alone. It was definitely the highlight of my trip. I was able to access the beach directly via the building's lobby, which was a major plus. Adam left water and beer in the refrigerator, which was a nice touch. I checked in at 3am and the check-in process was simple. There was always someone present to assist in the lobby and everyone was super helpful and kind. The hallways seem a bit dated, but Adams' space itself is updated, and the bathroom looks recently upgraded. There is a delicious coffee shop called Sobao right across the street from the ESJ tower building and a marketplace/pharmacy within walking distance as well. It was easy for me to get around via Ubers throughout my stay. I would definitely rebook Adam's place for my future visits.
