The Annex is now available for TT fortnight 2024 up to 15 nights till June 11 for £1800. Garage available if required for bikes

Our house is located in the beautiful village of Agneash, a peaceful and relaxing location, a mile from Laxey (as featured in the Julia Bradbury Britain's Best Walks programme). We enjoy wonderful views over Snaefell and Laxey. It is a genuine rural idyll just below the only mountain on the island. We have 3 bedrooms available: one single, a small double room and a bigger double room. Please note that we (the owners) live on the premises. We are a Visit Isle of Man registered property nº655090

Our 'home from home barn' is easily accessible to the village of Laxey close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Ideal as a base for walkers, cyclists and motor cycle visitors. Older children can be accommodated on our comfortable double sofa bed. We have a secure garage in which to store bikes. Full continental breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities. Please note, we don't have cooking facilities, only a kettle and a fridge.

Home from home by the sea and the southern hills.

This modern house is beautifully arranged and maintained to a very high standard. Here as guests, you enjoy a large lounge and sheltered garden in addition to attractive well equipped bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Many guests return year after year for the special Beach Croft welcome,starting the day with a delicious freshly prepared breakfast served in the Conservatory overlooking the Southern hills. Odin's Cottage

NB! Whole cottage available for Manx TT fortnight only (minimum booking 10 days) -giving extra kingsize bedroom with ensuite and a bed settee in the office, it could sleep up to 6 people. A quality barn conversion on what used to be a farm, next to one of the Manx Glens in beautiful countryside. Only about 30 mins drive to nearest part of TT Course, 10 mins drive from the beach. The guest room has a double bed, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and you have your own dedicated bathroom.

Bronwyn B&B, Isle of Man. Stunning sea views.

Bronwyn offers panoramic views from the lounge and balcony across the sea to the Lake District and Scotland. Cooked and/or continental breakfasts included in price, plus additional meals at a small cost. Tea & coffee available 24/7. Quality bedding and towels provided, and emergency toiletries if needed. Plenty of room for vehicles on drive, but please note the driveway is steep when you first turn in. We are not licensed to sell or supply alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Cosy, spacious room in a quiet house within a quiet neighbourhood in Douglas with a 40" smart TV, lockable door and tea & coffee making facilities inside the room. Beds are available as twin, double or single. Shared bathroom (toilet, bath/shower) and kitchen with myself and my partner. Map & tourist information leaflets are also available and on display. Property is close to bus stops for town centre, with shops, a post office, 2 Chinese takeaways, one pub and one restaurant pub nearby.

In our 2 bedroom apartments, whether you are working or resting, one thing you’ll always enjoy are our inspiring sea views. Your apartment comprises an entrance hallway, 2 bedrooms with ‘Super King’ size 6ft 6inch beds, a separate bathroom, a galley kitchen and a luxury lounge/dining room/office. There is also a ‘King’ size sofa bed in the living room. All two bedroom apartments feature paintings from a different artist, ranging from Turner (11) to Constable (14) to Stubbs (16).

Superking en-suite with river views

Centrally located & ideally suited for exploring the island. Overlooking the river, a comfortable super king bed with feather duvet & pillows with cotton linens. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at additional cost but must share the bathroom and has use of the downstairs cloakroom. I will contact you to confirm what you like to eat for breakfast. We have 2 friendly house cats and 2 golden retrievers not allowed in guest rooms.

Mallmore has great views over the beautiful, sandy beach of Port St Mary which is a quiet & picturesque village in the south of the Island (25 mins drive from Douglas). Mallmore is great for individuals, couples and small groups. We really loved staying at Zara's place for the 2024 TT. Both, Zara and Simon, always went above and beyond to make sure all their guests are happy. The breakfast was very delicious and and they always served generous portions. The property is very large and there's lots of space to park your bike. The house is very unique and comfortable and decorated with surprisingly interesting items. The tents were prepared in a very cosy way and firewood was provided everyday for having a campfire. Close by there are plenty of spectacular spots to watch the TT as well as a Spar market for shopping and a couple of good pubs. Zara will provide a super helpful Google document to help organise your trip and show you all the important/interesting places on the island. We arrived as guests and left as friends. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Zara was extremely helpful and responsive. We stayed during the TT and she provided us with loads of local knowledge which was invaluable. Great breakfast, followed up by a nice touch of tea and freshly baked cake in the afternoon. Really interesting host and house. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely room in lovely house perfect for me and my dog pickles who was made very welcome . Great location amongst beautiful scenery and easy walk into Peel. Lyn was a perfect host and cooked a superb breakfast too. Highly recommend and plan stay again when next on the island

We had a wonderful stay at Christa’s place on the Isle of Man. The home was fantastic. Very comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The surrounding area was quiet, charming, and a perfect base for the TT. Christa was a great host - friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Isle of Man.

A beautiful and elegant home from home; a magnificent building restored & refurbished to the highest standards. Jenny was the most wonderful host and always very happy to help us as needed, nothing was too much trouble. We also met Alex who helped with some of the breakfasts, and Jenny’s son Douglas both also just couldn’t do enough to make our stay the most enjoyable time. A great location too, with loads to see & do. Thank you all so much! Best holiday ever! Loved our first TT !! Met some wonderful people on the ‘Isle of Man’ both the other guests & residents. Everyone is just so friendly!

Colby, Isle of Man - Single Room

My stay at Ben's Airbnb reminds me of how people talk about how Airbnb used to be... Quaint, homely... I felt like a guest in his home rather than a customer in a hotel. Ben was super nice, very responsive, and even helped my buddy and I with some accomodations that weren't on his listing. The area is quite peaceful and the scenery is idyllic. 5 stars, 10/10. Thanks, Ben!

It was such a pleasure to meet Lyn and to be welcomed into her stunning home. The house, along with the fascinating items in the rooms and the history of the building, made for truly engaging and interesting conversations. Although we encountered a small issue, I appreciated how promptly it was addressed, followed by a personal apology. That level of care and responsiveness stood out to me, and it’s a testament to the graciousness as a host. Rest assured, it did not in any way diminish my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and am already looking forward to the possibility of returning in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality.
