Vacation rentals with a pool in Islands

Beautiful little location hidden away down a narrow road into the mountains. Peaceful and quiet House very clean, nice mountain views from the pool Very friendly host The closest town is Elos, where you can find the local restaurants and mini markets. There is a helpful guide on the table when you enter, with local food/shop recommendations. We went to the restaurants recommended and got a 10% discount too because we mentioned where we were living. Ofcourse, Elafonisi beach is where you must visit , only 20-25 min drive down mountains roads. You have to drive carefully.

Lovely place, clean and modern with amazing views, great spot to just sit back and relax. Responsive hosts, all as described.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben / auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir wurden persönlich von George empfangen, der uns alles kurz gezeigt hat. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre & George hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Den Pool beheizen zu lassen, hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt im Mai (19 Grad waren uns einfach zu kalt). Absolutes Highlight war das Hamam, was wir fast täglich genutzt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder & können vor allem George als Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Olimme ennen kesäsesongin alkua. Muita turisteja ei montaa näkynyt. Ilmat olivat ihanteelliset. Meidän viiden hengen perheelle villa ja sen kolme makuuhuonetta oli juuri sopivan kokoinen. Oli kiva yllätys, että villalla oli myös muurattu ulkogrilli ja pizzauuni. Mutkainen pikkutie perille oli saavuttaessa pimeässä yllätys ja meinasi jo usko loppua. Olisi ollut kiva, jos joku taverna tai/kauppa olisi ollut kävelymatkan päässä. Meillä oli vain yksi kuljettaja. Viikko meni nopeasti ja kivaa oli. Suosittelemme muillekin perheporukoille.

The highlight of this airbnb is definetely the breathtaking view! If you are looking for a quiet and authentic stay on an isle which hasn't been flooded by tourism, you're in the right place :-) Think about stopping by at a supermarket on the port and drive slowly at the end of the road, which is drivable with a "normal" car (no 4x4 needed). Restaurant at 10min drive, or in pittoresque Ioulida, nice beach in Koumdouros. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Thanos Haus und dem tollen Garten verbracht! Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

This was the loveliest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Serene and beautiful, the best part being Katerina (Anastasia’s mother). She was the sweetest woman ever, made us delicious fresh breakfast and was so nice to be around her. Definitely recommend staying here!

We have had amazing time in Athens. Stamatis is amazing host, really friendly and helpful. His recommendation are really good. We highly recommend this host and his place.

Es war super schön hier. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Man ist ein bisschen am Berg oben, was super schön ist, da es dort viel ruhiger ist. In die Stadt und zum Strand kommt man super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Nice two floor apartment in a new building. It has two terraces with amazing view, pool was clean and heated. Easy self check in. There's no microwave or we just didn't find it 🤷 Parking in underground garage is very narrow, only for small cars.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

This is place is great for people who love the beach . Walkable to a lot beach beach club but away from the noise. Host is very responsive and very helpful . Super clean, the Private pool with a view and the bar service is outstanding. Everything is outstanding highly recommended.

Amazing! I stayed here for a few days and it was everything like the pictures. They also recommend amazing places. Very clean and beautiful at night!

AC Village was a very nice stay. The room was clean and setup for an extended stay. What made our stay the most amazing was Ellen. She was our evening bartender each night we were there. She is the most personable, sweet, outgoing, individual. We visited the bar each night because of her. We traveled from Texas, and to have such an amazing encounter with someone like Ellen means so much. We hope to see her again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was located in a more local area about 30-40 minutes from downtown Chania. We were surrounded by stunning views in the mountains. It was quiet, peaceful, and private. Sofia greeted us with such a friendly welcome and a delicious home cooked meal. She was very responsive too. We also enjoyed her local restaurant recommendations. The home itself is beautiful, it was lovely learning about its history and how beautifully traditional the home was kept yet equipped with many updated amenities. Note that renting a car is a must! We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

This place was amazing. They were able to accommodate a flexible check in and check out process. They were able to help coordinate some day of things for us and they had many recommendations. Would definitely stay here again, and was by far the best place we stayed at during our Greece trip!

We had the most beautiful holiday from start to finish , Poly was the best host ever kind helpful and a lovely person , we were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our holiday , we would definitely book here again , the house was luxurious with soft white towels and sheets that smelled amazing everything was spotless , Valia was extremely good at communicating everything we needed to know . Thank you for a wonderful time .

This was my second time staying here. I love this place. I love that it has an elevator to all 3 of our floors. Last Time I came I had a bad hip and this time a bad knee so it was perfect for me. We loved the pool and having it all to ourselves. Although walking to Plaka would have been challenging for me, it would be walkable for someone in better shape. We used Uber to get around town. We were not far at all from Plaka, Monisteraki, Acropolis, Parliament Building. Next time we come to Athens we will stay here again. The host answered all my messages and questions. Whatever I may have needed like extra garbage bags, coffee, toilet paper…..they were right there to bring them to me. Great experience. The only negative would be that there is a concert venue nearby so we had one night of loud music until about 11:30/midnight. There may have been more evenings with loud music but we probably missed it because we were out until late. This has nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Effie est une hôte très accueillante et très réactive. L’appartement était très propre et tout à fait conforme aux photos (bien décoré avec de grandes chambres et un bel extérieur). Il permettait une belle découverte de l’ouest de l’Ile et était situé dans un quartier très calme, proche de l’aéroport. Notre seule petite déception a été de ne pouvoir profiter davantage de l’extérieur en raison du vent et des conditions météos un peu mitigées. Nous n’avons pas réellement pu utiliser la piscine malgré le supplément chauffage (non négligeable) que nous avons payé. La température de l’eau est restée trop basse tout au long de notre séjour (18 degrés au début, puis 20 degrés en moyenne). Mais notre expérience est très positive de façon générale !

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible stay at the villa very opulent from the minute the gate opens . So spacious,5 of us stayed for 1 week and the villa was just perfect. We had a fantastic stay, Thanos could not do enough for us. From taking our bags out of the taxi on arrival, to booking our day trips and also all of our taxis whenever we needed them, any time of the day and night! The villa we stayed in had views to die for and was so peaceful, an excellent all round quality stay. Thank you!
