The house is located in an open village with a wholesome, safe, and friendly neighborhood. It is accessible by public utility jeepney and taxi (common and Grab). It takes 30 minutes to get to the area from the central point of davao city on a normal or light traffic. The house was designed for a family of five in the 70s but only 2 members of the family live in the house currently hence the extra room. It has wide spaces if the guest wants to move around more freely.

It is very convenient, and is within the city center. Easy to communicate with the house's owner, even gave me a detailed instruction on how to reach their the place from the airport. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

Its a very nice place. At first, we were disappointed because there was no tv in the room and I have kids with me. But it turned out good because we they played and talked all night. And we woke up late because the place is so quiet and serene. Plus the breakfast was so nice! My kids loved it!

Ninio is very accomodating and very informative about everything you need to know in the island. His place is very unique because of his gallery. Listing description meets your expectations. Also, good thing is there is a free continental breakfast :)

Wow! The whole place is much better than I expected. Cooking and cleaning the dishes feels like home. I stayed with my friends and we are well bonded here. And the continental breakfast is so enough, you can eat as much bread as you wanted, they also have this unique Guava Jam. The corn coffee is another unique thing I found in here. They keep the common places sparkling clean all the time.
