John’s place was breathtaking. The pictures did not do it justice. It was a little hard to find, but absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The little treat basket and coffee supplied was so thoughtful and appreciated.

Mari is an exceptional host: warm, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the neighborhood, especially lovers of the ocean.

This was a great location and had plenty of room for my family. Airbnb was exactly as described.

Perlas place is lovely! Welcoming, spotless, with extra batteries in the apartment (who hates a dead tv remote?!) and flashlights and lanterns in case the major island wide power outage affected me. She communicated prior to the trip and offered me the option of cancelling even if last minute. Her apt is lovingly decorated and has good lighting. It is centrally located and just what a couple or solo traveler may need. The camera at the door outside the apt, is a bit off putting as you feel like your comings and goings are monitored, but I got over it. It was, at least in plain sight, and I understood the need for it. She had beach chairs, fans, and the cold AC but the wind coming in from the open windows was more than sufficient unless it was raining. The kitchen was well equipped and she had an outlet strip for electronics. The best part was interacting with Perla. She is truly a super host and was kind enough to let me check out an hour later. A class act. I’d stay again!

Loved this place for me and the kids. The rooftop is very relaxing. You can definitely catch a sunrise from there. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and use that time to meditate. I really appreciated everything this Airbnb provided for my family while staying the few days we did in Puerto Rico. The hosts were very welcoming even left us a very cute welcome package that my kids loved. Very private and has security 24/7. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Absolutely loved the location! The easy access to the pool and beach were incredible! We were a group of 6 adults and the space was great for us. Excellent A/C in the bedrooms. We used the beach gear like cooler, chairs, and umbrellas provided which facilitated exploring other beaches. The Coqui sang beautifully through the night. Would definitely recommend for families with children as they also had child amenities like a highchair and pack-n-play.

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

Robert’s place was beyond our expectations! Everything was nice and clean. Perfect location , walking distance to Condado beach and tons of restaurants near by . The view from the balcony is great! 24/7 security made us feel super safe . We will definitely be returning soon!

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

A perfectly situated and cozy unit in the Condado area. Close to all the restaurants and lounges you could need. An overall great location! The unit had all the amenities we needed, was clean and welcoming. Felix was proactive and detailed with instructions and readily answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was perfect and the space was clean, modern, and a perfect layout to make us feel at home. Closets were spacious as well as the bathrooms. The rooms were spacious and private. Having the private and secure parking space was an appreciated convenience as on street parking was always full. There were local restaurants, shopping, bars, beaches, coffee shops, and casinos within easy walking distance, so we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. When we return to San Juan, this will be the first place we look to book! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Adrian’s place was phenomenal. The ambience and aesthetic were so welcoming. He was very responsive. The location is perfect just two mins from beach and 3-5 mins from many places to eat. We will definitely stay again.

First time in PR and I’m glad I chose this place. Close enough to beaches, while still feeling like a local. House is full of amenities. AC in pretty much every room. Beach supplies and full washer and dryer. Very clean. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great stay at this cozy home! There are definitely some quirks with it being such an old space but if you can appreciate that, then it’s worth every penny. We were a little concerned about only having AC in one room. The home gets a little warm in the afternoon but sleeping without AC was no issue. It was a great stay and an unforgettable and unique home. The host was very responsive and helpful as well!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Hacienda Azucena is a true paradise with breathtaking views. The photos simply don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Our family had a wonderful time, and Carmen was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a brief power issue, but Carmen resolved it immediately. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

This was a 5 star stay. Outside of the roosters, that get going at 1am, and are completely not the host's fault, the entire stay was amazing. I love the attention to detail and all of the amenities that were provided. We will definitely check availability here first when we come back.
