Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

Just do yourself the favor and book this cozy and squeaky clean home!! Look no further, trust me! Carlos home is top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! My husband and I visited PR to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t asked for a better host and place to stay, we’re glad we booked Carlos place. Carlos responded as soon as we message him, no wait time. He was very very flexible with check in/out time and we’re super appreciative. When we stepped in the apartment you could smell and see pure cleanliness. The apartment isn’t short of anything, everything is available to make you feel at home. The bed is cozy and the AC is super cold. Security is top notch all around, from the gate straight to the apartment itself. We felt super safe!! The beach is right outside the doorway. Carlos provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cooler was there. I cannot find a thing to complain about, it’s all postivity. We enjoyed our stay at Mailyn's place! The location is so convenient- walkable to the beach, a grocery store, several great restaurants, and near the airport (although it is close enough that you do hear the airport). It is mostly quiet and the gated parking lot is a huge plus. The bnb itself was very comfortable and just like the photos. AC works great and hot water generally did as well. We had a great stay!

This place was really nice ! Very clean and spotless easy and fast check in. Parking was a safe walkable distance with security aboard There was an amazing casino 3 min walk away with a few other shops to adventure. This place was a 10/10

Absolutely loved our stay, and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Isla Verde! The location doesn’t get any better considering it’s on the beach and in the middle of everything from groceries to amazing restaurants. Great time in PR. The location was great, the amenities are awesome, and the host is very responsive. Nice clean unit with kitchenette. The balcony was awesome for late night sky gazing and hanging out with beer after a long day.

amazing view! matched the description and really liked the quick entry to the beach and it’s super safe. was very responsive and mentioned possible noise from the pool but we didn’t hear it at all!

Place was as pictured, amazing view, lots of places around the area walkable didn’t disappoint loved it Sheila was great very quick in responding with any questions would definitely stay again when I come back for sure I was satisfied with my stay thank you

Miguel was an excellent host! He answered any questions I had quickly and gave great local recommendations for food and activities. The studio was very clean and the pictures were accurate. I will be staying here again next time I visit Puerto Rico!

My daughter and I made our first trip to Puerto Rico and stayed at Sheila and Johnny’s place. Sheila and Johnny provided great instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It is then only a very short walk to the beach…. . We had a couple of questions and Sheila and Johnny responded right away. First thank you to Javier for having such a beautiful place. Javier was very responsive and very helpful. Aside from the place being great, it’s prime time location as there is many places to eat many local attractions, and the beautiful isla verde beach! The airport is 10 mins away, La placita is 10 mins and old San Juan is 10 mins away. This was my first time visiting Puerto Rico and it won’t be last, I look forward to coming back to this location. 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Yarisma & Héctor were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. The space is very nice and well situated next to the beach, as well as many restaurants and other things you might need (groceries, convenience store, cafes) in Carolina. Easy to reach from airport and also close to downtown San Juan/Old San Juan. There are lots of materials in the place in terms of toiletries and things for the kitchen that made the stay super convenient. The apartment felt very secure and is well-represented by the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Best place to stay! Just a few steps from the beach and the beach view from the balcony is everything, especially for sunset hour! Host was responsive and made sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this incredibly cozy and cute Airbnb. It was very clean and included some Uno cards to play with and AC in the living room and bedroom. Although we didn't make use of the jacuzzi while we were here, it was a nice inclusion. The area has plenty of restaurants and is a close distance from the highway. In addition to all this, the host checked in daily in case we needed anything additional to improve our stay. It was a great first experience with an Airbnb location!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.
