It has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dishwasher capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Very bright and functional new loft with private terrace and private access to the building. Located in a very quiet residential area and close to the main street of shops. We are 5 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from Playa de los Lances, from the terrace you can see the sea. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped, full kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets for four people. Ideal apartment for couples or up to four people.

It accommodates two adults and the possibility of renting it with another house (for two people) located in the same courtyard. Access to the house is through a courtyard shared with the other apartment and with us, who live in the same courtyard.
