Beachfront vacation rentals in Isère

Very well located apartment, in the center of Duingt. We had a pleasant time despite a very capricious weather. The apartment is close to several restaurants and a convenience store which is a plus:). Nearby road traffic may be inconvenient during rush hours, if you want to fully enjoy the balcony. The view of Lake Annecy is really sumptuous, thank you Sophie!

Amazing apartment overlooking the lake. Stunning views at all times of day. The village of Duight is beautiful and a great base for a break at the lake. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Secure parking directly outside.

Apartment meets our expectations and in accordance with the description with the exception of the Wifi Connection. Very good proactive communication from Anna. Private access to the beach is a real plus compared to crowded beaches, no shade and no dogs around the lake.

Menthon is a very special place and Pascale’s place is right in the village. We were able to nip to the shop and boulangerie and get great coffee all within a mjnutes walk. Place is cosy and had fantastic views to the beautiful chateau.

A short stay at Guillaume's but ideally located south of Lake Annecy. Large and very functional. Communication with Guillaume was perfect and he was very accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

we had a relaxing stay, the peids in the water:) the bedding was good quality. The gite had the expected comfort. The site is very nice with swimming pool and games room. the first shops are only 10 min walk. Sébastien is attentive, present and discreet at the same time. Their recommendations are always relevant. A beautiful meeting in a beautiful area.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at Sebastien's gite. Sebastien is proficient in English and explained everything very well.

Probably century-old house on the shores of Lake Paladru in a large half-shade, half-sun garden. The pontoon is a children's paradise. You can see fish, ducks, insects. It's paradise. The walls of the house are thick, the house is cool and it is better to pay the extra for heating if the temperatures are a little low. The house hardly warms up in the spring sun. The bedrooms are big and the bedding is nice. The mattresses are quite firm. The kitchen is very well equipped for making real family cooking. 8 of us can fit around the table without any problems. You have to bring dishwasher and washing machine tablets, towels. What is left on site is only for "troubleshooting". House under renovation. Extremely quiet house: no car or neighbor noises during our stay. Paladru Museum is a 2-minute walk away. Shops 10 minutes by car. Rowing club 10 min walk.

Exceeded everything expectation, the place is gorgeous with a beautiful view easy to arrive and quite close to the city center! Truly recommend it to everyone! The host is very kind and helpful

Excellent welcome from Nicolas, warm and responsive host. The accommodation has direct access to the river as well as the bike lane. Tbien located in this area full of hikes of all levels and great restaurants. Ideal pied-à-terre to be bcp outside. Recommended + +++. We keep the address and will surely come back.

Marie-Pierre was a good host and very responsive to my messages. She did reply to my first questions after I booked the flat. The flat was easy to find and she was there to show us around and hand the keys. Everything was very clean and the amenities were all there. It is very close to the lake and just a 100m walk to a tiny but nice sand beach. 5min walk to the bakery and grocery store. There's also a bike rental close by. Marie-Pierre gave us recommendations of activities to do and places to visit. The only little downside was that the bed was abit wobbly and the toilet was too. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the balcony too!

Very comfortable accommodation in a very nice environment, with Lake Bourget under the windows. The winter atmosphere is very special, but it deprived us of a beautiful terrace. It should just be noted that the village offers no amenities and that you have to plan ahead before arriving, especially for food...

Everything was perfect! We had a pleasant stay in a heavenly environment. The immediate proximity of the lake is just amazing and allowed us to enjoy the paddles all day. Not to mention the breathtaking view that didn't make us want to go out for dinner in the evening; we preferred to enjoy the terrace and this incredible setting. The studio is cute and really well-equipped, we did not lack anything and appreciated the touches offered by Catherine. The bikes available are also very useful for getting to Annecy or shopping at nearby stores without using your vehicle. As for Catherine and her husband, they are very friendly hosts with whom we enjoyed talking. In short, our best rental near Annecy to date and we hope to come back very soon.

Delighted with our stay. The accommodation matches the listing. The location was perfect and especially quiet. Geneviève, who is really lovely, gave us a lovely welcome. Kind touches: a bottle of local cider and small cakes (homemade). It's available if you need anything. An address to keep for an upcoming stay in the area.

It's a nice place, ideal for meeting with friends. The games and baby equipment were much appreciated by our new friend Noah! There is plenty of space, room to park. The place is nice, and the hosts are very responsive
