The Haven Retreat is the best place to unwind right outside of the city. Our second trip was even better than the first. We felt right at home and had everything we needed, there was so much consideration put in to everything in the cabin. The views are unmatched and the hot tub is perfect for relaxing. We can’t wait to return again.

Had a fantastic stay at this property. The surrounding location is beautiful and close to local activities in the area. Very easy to locate off the main road. The house itself is beautiful, very calm and relaxed space with very thoughtful decor. The bathtub and the upper level bedroom area with large window out the rainforest are highlights. Laura was very friendly and responsive to communicate with, and Gav met us and helped us check in. Very positive experience with these hosts. Highly recommend this stay overall.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay, the cabin is so much better than we imagined! We enjoyed several nights watching the sunset on the enclosed balcony and made use of the open garden surrounding the cabin. We were also invited to explore the property and upon venturing down, we discovered a freshwater swimming pool for our use as well as direct access to the ocean via use of paddle boards and kayaks. We did not expect the extra water sport facilities and so this was an exciting little bonus for us, we went for a paddle on the double kayak and saw some stingrays and fish swimming below us! Jasmin was super responsive and accomodating when we had any concerns and we appreciated the handwritten welcome note and timtams! When we return to straddie, we will absolutely be looking to stay here again! The most beautiful and peaceful little stay, with ocean views and stunning sunsets. 100% worth the money!

Perfect for what our group needed, plenty of activities onsite and very close to Westfield shopping centre

The cabin retreat was perfect, lots of areas to relax and explore, very secluded and private, amenities are all in good order and it feels further away from town than it really is. A lovely time.

This is one of the best Airbnb l have stayed at. Jasmin was so lovely and she very friendly, the place was pristine, love the ocean views and the trees around the area making it more private and peaceful. l enjoyed the outdoor bath in the evening. The whole place is just amazing, has wonderful natural light during the day. l would definitely come back here again if ever come to North Stradie.

Such a great place to stay for a chilled holiday.. Ian and Denise's cabin is set in a beautiful peace of heaven. Easily walkable to the marina with its cafe, restaurant and bar as well as the pool, it's well located away from the resort bustle. Nature abounds with the local wallabies, a few goannas and even the resident frog. Ian and Denise were always very helpful, offering advice and tips to make our stay easier. Great family holiday place.. we'll be back!
